Location

This design hotel is located in central Marseille, just 30 metres from the Old Port. The Carré Vieux Port is 25 m from La Canebière and 200 m from Marseille's Opera. The tourist information office is within walking distance and Marseille Saint-Charles train station is just 1.5 km away. The city centre is just a 5-minute walk and the Prado beach is around a 20-minute drive away. Marseille Provence Airport is approximately 20 km from the hotel.

Facility

7 junior suites, 23 single rooms and 6 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Third time here. Absolutely fabulous hotel and staff!!

This is my third time at Paradis. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and will do anything to make your stay perfect. I was welcomed from the second I walked through the door. I asked for a room with a pool and sea view and they gave me the room I wanted. There is good choice of food here, and aswell as the 3 meals a day you can have snacks during the day too at the beach restaurant. My room is tidied and cleaned up daily with fresh water, toilet roll and towels and they will even add lovely little touches like turning bedding into shapes. The animation team are all fabulous. This time there was DJ Med, Simo and Max. The daytime activities are a lot of fun and they are always talking with guests and will do anything they can to help. The entertainment is a must see as they always put a smile on your face and love to entertain you. And the dancing before and after the show is a lot of fun. There is a disco after the show in another bar near the pool and is always so much fun. Animation team will keep dancing and carrying on the party. The bar staff are all great too and will even bring drinks to you. Jiji and Hamdi at the disco will keep your glasses filled and are always smiling. The shop is great and have lots of choice for gifts and also snacks and drinks if you want anything extra. I will be back again for two weeks in June (my fourth time here) with my sister and our children. Always a fantastic holiday and never any complaints. Fantastic staff, hotel and location.

Perfect location, clean rooms, nice staff. Compared to other hostels this one was the most clean and flexible. Great prices for such pristine location. Young travelers, so it is easy to make friends there!

Hotel in great location! Just walk through a little park and your at the sea front. Easy to get to from airport via bus(also very cheap) Situated right between Louis Vuitton and amarni shops. Has quite a posh looking interior despite only being two stars. Some reception staff were very nice but others not so. They offer free beach towels at reception I was in share 4 with bathroom. Beds were nice and there was lockers to store valuables in. Room needs more sockets for charging your devices.

The place is located beside LV with only the door visible and a sign which made me lost a bit. The room is quite small for 4 people sharing. Bathroom is ok. Breakfast only if you pay and will only be sent to the room so I advise just to go buy food from outside and stock the fridge provided with some food to eat. The place is about 5 minutes walk to the tram and just near the beach in the center of all the high end signature brands if you love shopping which I'm not really a fan since I don't have the money. ;) but I do appreciate the front desk lady she's a big help and speaks good English.

Not a hotel but a hostel!

Our excitement about staying in such a perfectly located hotel was short lived. Unbeknownst to us, our reservations had been cancelled. They did give us a room, that slept 3, one if us had to sleep with the strangers. They told us they were not a hotel, but a hostel, even though they are listed as a hotel. The room was extremely small, with incredibly little furniture that was very old. Beds were very old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean, but the shower didn't drain. The staff were as accommodating as they could be. Location was great, but one must understand, it is NOT A HOTEL!
