    Disgusting cancellation to raise hotel price

    Cancelled 48 hours before my arrival, absolutely disgusting and then raised the price to an extortionate amount due to the concert. Left me without a place to stay and now costing me more to get a different hotel. Not how to treat guests who were excited to visit and now left out of pocket! Avoid!!!!

    Overall, I liked this hotel and recommend it for those looking for a modest hotel with plenty of amenities. Pros: close to the old port, downtown, etc. Near grocery, bank, and pharmacies.Nice park near by. Very nice staff. Wonderful breakfast daily. Daytime restaurant during the week. TV and wifi. Air conditioner Room cleaning serviceComfy bedsClean roomsElevator Free, cold water to take to your roomCons: the neighborhood has a surprising amount of dog poop on the street. This isn't their fault, but just know the area around is a little run down. The air-conditioning broke BUT they had it fixed in less than 24 hours so they were great. Air conditioner only cools down to 26 degrees... But... Since I expected no AC this was good. The rooms are a little cramped

    We only stayed for 2 nights because we only came to watch the Rugby World Cup. The hotel is very close to the stadium which was a big plus for us; all around quite lively area in a positive sense that you get restaurants etc without having to sacrifice your night's sleep. Hotel was quiet and overall good. We did not eat in the hotel at all, so cannot comment on that.

    Rubbish service, location, food and rooms!I could put up with the poo location.I couldn’t put up with the absolute rubbish breakfast offerings.I could put up with the tiny bloody rooms that mean I need to only open my suitcase in the corridorBut when we organise to watch the rugby in your back room, and offer to pay and you tell us it’s all sorted. Only to tell us to “f&ck off, no” 5 mins before, I have nothing but distaste for your establishment.

    rooms are so small !! the bed for the third person is not a bed just an expandable tv chair there is no place even for opening suitcases.ı dont know how ı sleep tonight...ı didnt see a hotel room before...and there is no fridge in the room .so ı dont understand how can this hotel 4 stars its ridiculous
