Close to the Bonneveine shopping centre, this elegant hotel lies close to shops, and bars. Both restaurants and links to the public transport network are to be found within a few metres of the hotel. Prado beach is around 2 km away.

    Horrible in summer. Swimming pool impassable. No proper air conditioning. Go somewhere else!

    Horrible hotel. Air conditioning works according to the Welcoming staff but the temperature is 30 in the rooms. I had to buy a fan to avoid suffocation.The pool, horrible. No deckchair. No room in the shade. Lots of mosquitoes.No discipline. People put their music to the test (nothing local)No surveillance.Horrible.     Several overnight stays in this hotel, since November, beyond one night be careful to check your choice because nothing is done in your room, neither cleaning nor bed!! In the end the stay is expensive: room+tax+pdj+tourist tax+parking and no cleaning.!customer service who does not care if he claims on the opacity of the reservations.d other hand cleaning bathroom not clean in addition.     1st stay since the change of sign, very welcome from the receptionist, quiet room as I had asked with view of the pool. decent bedding.cafetiere nespresso and mineral water available in the room.breakfast very good and not very expensive.closed parking outside or in the basement.negative point:some shortcomings in the housekeeping: traces of coffee on a bedside table, splashes of water on the wall in the bathroom, elevator not nicquel.maybe a governess should supervise the housekeeping.shopping center in front very sad from now on with her share of sdf.we will return.     I booked through booking.com. Strangely I could not rate the hotel while the booking ended yesterday I left before yesterday so mediocre and yet 3 stars. The SDB is to be redone. The alarm went off one morning around 9:30. I had to go downstairs to find out what was going on. The manager, barely if she apologized and gave me any information.
