Location

The hotel is 5 minutes from the local beaches. Bandol, with its wide range of shopping, dining and entertainment options, is just 5 minutes away by public transport. It is 20 minutes from Toulon and 40 minutes from Porquerolles, the Port-Cros Islands, Hyères, Le Lavandou and Marseille. Aix-en-Provence is around an hour away. Marseille Airport is around 45 km away.

Facility

100 non-smoking rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of activities are available at the hotel, for example cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball, fishing and horse riding or, for a fee, tennis and golf. With windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, bowling and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. An entertainment programme and a kids' club are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a breakfast room and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Lunch is served as a buffet, and guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu for dinner. The menu also offers diet meals and children's meals. The hotel also offers special catering options. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    As you drive up the estate you are taken back by the rolling vineyards and just the vast size of the resort. Unfortunately any notion of luxury or beauty is over as soon as you step inside. The reception are is tired, and the receptionist was nice enough but not particularly welcoming. Then we headed up to our room…a “superior double with a sea view”, the sea view is present. But this room is by no means up to the standards of a 4* hotel. If this room is a superior, I am dying to know what a standard room looks like. The room is tired, with terracotta floors, as it’s December this floor is incredibly cold. The TV looks like something from 2002. And barely any channels work. The amenities are soldered to the walls making having a bath a challenge. Then we move on to the horrendous hospitality. We head downstairs for a meeting where we sit in the “bar” area. The bar area is not open until 18:00. We ask reception if we can order some water - “Yes, but go to the restaurant over the courtyard”. and how about food? No we stopped serving. So there’s not even water or anything to eat at 13:30. What a great service for a 4* hotel!My colleague who we were meeting with is French and managed to convince someone to bring us some water. I appreciate it is December but the whole place is freezing, not just cold. But bitterly.The bed was comfortable enough but the room was very cold. The next morning we head down to breakfast. A continental with some hot food. Bread is stale - sacrilegious in France. And the eggs were the consistency of vomit. Just even more disappointment. Luckily we are leaving after one night. We shall not be returning!     N/A - already provided feedback in this survey.I would recommend you add more staff as your employees do not seem to be enough/sufficient and fix what can easily be fixed (spider webs on the ceilings of the breakfast/dining area!!!, add more weights and proper gym mats in the gym, repair curtains, raise breakfast quality to a 4-star hotel, change flowers at reception every day….)     Location exceptional, good breakfast. Dinner was ok but our waiter Yanis was very kind and professional. The receptionist was very kind and help us with our requests.
