    6/10 room 611 The heat doesn’t work, the bed sheets had a bad smell, and the room also. The room have potential, a big bed, TV, a desk, and a small kitchen, but everything need some work to do.

    Very disappointing! Would not recommend!I stayed at La Grand Prado, and it was a terrible experience. The room was very dirty — dust everywhere, stained walls, dirty carpet and bed linen. There was absolutely no service. The front desk staff were unhelpful and made me feel like I was bothering them.Breakfast was supposed to be included, but in the morning they told me there would be no breakfast because the staff member responsible for it didn’t show up to work. No apology, no compensation — completely unacceptable.On top of that, they charged me a €100 deposit, even though I had already paid for the hotel in full. I never got a clear explanation as to why.I do not recommend this hotel at all. For the same price, you can find a place that’s clean and treats its guests with basic respect.     Location centre of marseille very near from Metro Bus and castellane centre of marseille for all restaurants etc. Value for Cost rooms. could be more clean / fresh. but overall great experience
