This apartment hotel is located in the middle of the Prado quarter of the city, between the old harbour and the beach. Castellane is the closest metro station, located around 300m away. 97 non-smoking rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Little gem in the centre of Marseille.Our studio was big, perfect kitchenette, big wardrobe, balcony with table and 2 chairs, very clean bathroom and separate toilet.We were pleasantly surprised at the space comfort and cleanliness .Breakfast on the balcony, what a pleasure, you would have to pay so much to have a hotel room with a balcony.You get a lot for your money, this is where we will stay again .Do not hesitate to book.

    Citadines Castellane is a very good residence right in the center of Marseille.It’s a 15 minutes walk from the Vieux Port, few minutes on foot from the metro and very close to several supermarkets.The check in was smooth, and the reception has been extremely available and helpful in changing my reservation without penalties even though it was just the day before.The room was a bit small but clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped with even a very small dishwasher included.

    most of the time, hotel staff in other places will just talk to you about the their hotel has to offer etc. but on my experience yo Citagines, I find friendly staff who aren’t just talk what is the hotel has to offer but also let you feel like at home and being friendly.

    The location is very good - close to Castellanes square.I had very spacious room with all the kitchen amenities.One may also use public lunch room to take coffee or tea.My room was very quite.     I was very disappointed from the studio.Very dirty and in a very bad position.I recommend that the Citadines group should separate from this hotel .Such a bad experience in hotels I have never had priscillapons, Front Office Manager at Citadines Castellane Marseille, responded to this review Hello,I would like to apologise for the disappointing stay you had with us.
