    The room was small but clean and nicely decorated. The staff were really helpful. The bathroom was clean. It was easy to walk out to restaurants. I hope the staff are valued and payed well by their employer

    This is a typical French 3star hotel, slightly old fashioned, perfectly situated in the pedestrianised area round the Vieux Port area of Marseille. What made our holiday was the delightful staff, from those on reception to the Italian student serving breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to chat, usually in a mixture of French and English. There is a flight of steps up to reception but the staff were happy to carry our cases up and down. There is a lift up to the bedrooms.

    Great location and room. We had ind night in the city. We realt enjoyed the our stay. The location is great for exploring the city on foot. Parking was easy in a nearby P House with survaillance. 15 euro for a night.

    I was so happy and pleased with the behaviour of the staff. a very good stay. Parking is a problem but you have plenty parking (private) around. What made me more into this hotel is the behaviour of the staff. It was like a home for us.

    Great location, safer than station area , clean , friendly staffWifi good , didn’t try the breakfast , shower bracket kept breaking , maintenance could be slightly improved Would probably stay here again, lots to do nearby , roof bar round the corner was excellent
