    Ticks the boxes. Good for old port area. Some distance and uphill to railway station.

    Very good front desk staff. Hotel ticked all the boxes. It's not The Ritz but represents value for money . Easy walk to old port. Not so good uphill to railway station. Doesn't have the feel of being in the best of areas.

    Good apartment with decent facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location between train station and city centre. Well equipped room with balcony, kitchen and nice shower room.

    With Tomas at reception we had a great start. He was friendly, highly informative about were to go for everything.Rooms are big with large lounge with two possible beds. There is a table for meals as supermarket just down the street street. Metro is next door, Fridge is great for meals and is the full array of kitchen utensils.Large laundry and there is a gym. Separate toilet is great.15 walk to most areas you want to see such as port where you can get train to Notre dame, . We did a food tour with Sophia which was excellent.Great place to stay.Only downside is heaps of channels but only 3 in English and all just rotating news.

    Two of the hotel staff lied to us about a free night. They told us that we could stay a free night on two separate occasions. Then the third night we decided to purchase a 4th night and a man in glasses and tall hair started berating us to pay them for the 3rd night like a debt collector after we got home from dinner. it was extremely unprofessional and he was beyond aggressive. The first "night" we stayed we had to move rooms because the bathroom had full on flooded the bathroom. When we asked what it was they said it was a condensation leak? But it smelled like nasty sewage. The elevators were dirty and full of food crumbs.     Perfect for Family! Great Service and Location!

    Amazing place! We had a really long drive (around 10 hours) before getting to the hotel and we were so grateful for the welcoming vibe☺️ Camille helped us and made the check-in super easy. We arrived just before 10pm and good thing they serve pizza (and beer for me!) as my two teenaged kids were starving.
