The residence is situated right in the heart of Euroméditerranée (business district), in Marseille. It is right next to the Saint-Charles train station and just minutes from the centre of the city.

Facility

11 apartments and 92 studios are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a newspaper stand, a laundry service, a fax machine and a smoke alarm. Amenities include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities of the rooms.     Great location for train station and exploring the city. Excellent value for money

    This hotel is a little bit different because it is suitable for people staying one night or a bit longer.The rooms are very well equipped and have a small kitchen area with microwave, hot plate and even a little dishwasher!Pans and crockery are provided too. There is a 24 reception desk and a nice simple breakfast buffet.The location is very good and just a few minutes from Marseille St Charles train station (when arriving look for the office that gives transport assistance and opposite it you will see a lift which takes you down directly onto Rue Charles Nédélec).It’s not a luxury hotel but it is very good value for money, very well equipped and also clean. In the room, cleaning is done once a week but if you want it done daily you can request it and pay extra. This seems a good solution especially as so many hotels change the towels daily even if asked not too.We bought local wine and were even able to borrow a corkscrew from reception.

    Communication from the hotel was first class via email, but it was mostly in french.Area is not the best and noisy. Tourist sites are 10 minutes walk away but while we didn't feel threatened, we were wary.Our room had a kitchenette which was quirky. ishmatched glasses and crockery.Room was very tired and skirting boards were made from partical board so they had absorbed water and were disintegrating.Aircon a bit of a mystery - one temp only and shower leaked a lot.Front office staff very helpfull.     Poorly maintained hotel. Not very clean. Mattress was dirty. Plastic mattress covers. Front desk reception was abrupt and bossy. Due to condition of room, opted to eat breakfast elsewhere. Stay away from this one. There are better options

    Large, modern concrete hotel. Quite small rooms; but with a balcony each. Clean and neat. Decent buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. reception is a bit small; but a free birto!Temperamental lifts, stopped if someone pressed more than one button. Near station, but bit of a walk to harbour etc.In a lively multicultural area - some noise at night. We enjoyed this - arabic coffee, Indian patisserie etc, but some might find it a bit challenging at night.

    Awful place. We've been here now 5 nights out of 6 - no room service. The place is scruffy, dirty and our room stinks of smoke.Plus point - shower good, plentiful hot water. Struggling to find any other good points.Location good for station and easy walking distance to better parts of Marseille.I cannot recommend this hotel at all.
