    Excellent overnight stop

    This is ideal for an overnight stop if you’re driving and do not need to visit the centre of Metz, which is about 5kms away. It’s close to main roads and has plenty of parking. The hotel is modern and clean with excellent staff who were unfailing helpful. The restaurant is excellent. I would have been very happy if I had had food of that quality in any restaurant. After a really good dinner, a good night’s sleep and a plentiful breakfast I felt thoroughly rested and ready for another 370 kms on the motorbike the next day.If I need an overnight stop in Metz again I won’t even consider anywhere else.

    Lovely staff, great breakfast, lovely refurbished premier room with comfortable bed. But, the levels of cleanliness really were not good enough - every surface in the room was covered in dust and the cover had all sorts of suspicious stains on it.

    I stayed here to break up a long drive across Europe. The location was good, close to a motorway junction with a 24 hour petrol station nearby. I arrived quite late but the reception desk was manned and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and modern - in particular the shower room. The separate toilet room was a bit dated but it was clean. I didn’t stay for breakfast as it was not included in my rate and I thought it was a little pricey.

    Surprisingly nice business hotel

    The hotel is in an office park and is very business-like. It was a little tricky to find, but Google eventually got us there. We decided to have dinner at the hotel and were surprised at how truly delicious the food was. We had escalope de veau (veal) that was outstanding with a lovely wine and herb sauce, frites, and salad. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The breakfast wasn't quite as good (tasteless eggs) but had a lot of variety. The staff was happy to let us leave our luggage in a storage room while we drove into Metz to sightsee. Metz is a fantastic and fascinating small city worth visiting, especially the Porte des Allemandes.

    Great place to stop over the night. Lovely rooms and a comfortable quiet nights sleep. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good too. Best thing was though the outlook over the golf course at the back and a dip in the pool after a long hot drive with no air con in our van.
