    While the staff was nice that is where it started an d ended. The room had dust on top of the tv furniture (which is eye level) giving the room an overall unclean feeling while this was most likely still cleaned as not the entire tv furniturewas covered in dust it still feels unclean. Further more the toilet brush had a detachable head that was a bit to lose meaning it would fall off if you actually scrubbed with it. Besides this some sediment is expected within a shower however sediment on the faucet base in a 4 star hotel/best western plus is not. Besides the sediment the faucet also had rust/cracks allong the base. The coffee machine/water cooker as advertised was not properly cleaned. After several rinses coffe grounds still came out and the water still smelled like coffee. Only because of the nice and helpfull staff were we able to enjoy our tea. At night you could hear the doors of guests down the hall open and close quite clearly, even though we were at the end of the hall. This best western plus did not meet our expectations and did not compare to that of our other stays in other best western hotels and specifically our latest stay at the best western plus in papenburg this last may. Where all the issues as mentioned here were not present. PS your info system is out of date the restaurant you recommended has been permanently closed for the last few months.

    Convenient location, with parking under the shopping center next door. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Room was comfy, bathroom was nice. Staff were great and the breakfast was stellar. From fresh squeezed orange juice to crepes to cheese to hot food, they had it all. Really enjoyed ourselves.
