  Needs a good clean- very basic.

  Very dirty bathroom- clearly the hotel didn’t take note of the previous comments from trip advisor. A bit of bleach and good cleaning would have sorted this- not sure why the cleaning team do not do anything about this. Dirty around the taps and on the walls. Had to laugh at the remarks on the welcome page regarding the hotel would charge you if the room was not to standard . We even have to take off the bedding- again isnt this the cleaners job? What did they do?Took photos to show how bad the room was.Pillows were terrible and lumpy.Needs a good painting.Glassware was chipped and couldn’t be used.Cannot see what the cleaning team were doing in this hotel. Only changed rooms every four days so no change of towels were provided. Noisy and the smell of weed being used from other guests. Not very nice as had to close the balcony and shouldn’t be allowed. Our room was next to an air conditioning / heating unit which was very noisy at night.We had booked two exact rooms but seems like one of the rooms was very small than the other one. I had booked two superior rooms and the other one was very basic and very very tiny. Not impressed at all.Some of the staff were not very welcoming.   Great value, welcoming staff, tasty breakfast, cozy patio - safe and fun for kids.

  We stayed at the hotel during the last weekend of August 2025 - we were friends as 2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 toddlers, with 2 rooms booked. The hotel was almost perfect for us! The only small downside was that it wasn’t spotless, but honestly, for the price and location, it was still a great choice. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, the welcoming reception staff, and our absolute favorite - the little patio opening from the room into the backyard. Our toddlers loved running around there, and we felt completely safe letting them play.   On arrival all was ready, and the friendly receptionist spoke excellent English - subsequently, another didn't, but tried to be helpful. Our room was huge, with kitchenette, inc. fridge and dishwasher. It overlooked the street, but there's little passing traffic. On the 3rd floor we had a partial sea view, and there were no apartments overlooking our room. The full width balcony would be lovely on cooler evenings. The bathroom was large, but the shower cubicle was well overdue for replacement, and there was no shelf in the cubicle for personal toiletries. There was plenty of room for a cabinet or shelf in the bathroom. Our room was as described and pictured. The bed was rather firm for us, but large. For self-catering, a larger table would be welcome, given that the amount of kitchen equipment suggested the expectation of cooking. In very hot weather, we needed to close the curtains when out, as the air-conditioning couldn't cover the whole room. Our first night was overly warm and stuffy. Breakfast didn't need to be pre-ordered, and there was a wide time frame. Food was replenished, so latecomers still could get a good meal, with plenty of choices of quality food. There's a small, shaded area outside where breakfast can be taken.As an aparthotel, guests are asked to strip beds on departure and remove rubbish. Cleaning is once a week, but additional cleaning could be requested for a reasonable fee. There were a couple of dusty corners on arrival.On balance, the price was right for location and services. Although there are lots of steps nearby, we could reach shops and restaurants without using them. It would be suitable for a longer stay. Be aware that literally the other side of the road is Monaco, which affects where taxis and Uber are allowed to stop.

  Very nice hotel near the Casino.By foot everything is available easily. The breakfast is tasty and the fresh orinbe juice is very fine. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. Bathroom is really big. The staff is excellent.

  Business trip was ok for a few nights, fairly close to Monte Carlo centre. Must stress it was ok only. One word of warning seems to be a gentleman’s club next door but their was never any noise or issues noted . Actually thought is was shut until we saw a couple of guys come out 🤷🏼‍♂️
