    I booked the family room for my wife, myself and our dog, the room was huge nice big toilet, bathroom was big,kitchen had all the cooking implements, top stove, dishwasher, coffee maker pod type, beds were comfortable, and airconditioning that you can actually change the temp,all rooms were clean,Breakfast was well worth paying for as part of our stay I chose the breakfast inclusion, nice variety no cereals but all the other tasty goodies,Staff were excellent attentive freindly, great value for money, close to attractions, restaurants,Airconditioner was noisy, some parts of the room was showing wear and tear, took photos as they would charge on checkin a 250 euro bond, I pleaded our case that no other Apartments or Hotels have charged us a bond,

    RCI/Timeshare 7 days/2 units. Parking EUR10 p/d. Unit :NO AIRCON, hangers, towels, old pans, glasses, kettle, 2 toilet rolls for week. Cleaning stuff, geyser, GARABAGE BIN stored in clothes wardrobe.

    I don’t know where to start to be honest.There is no signs in English AT ALL not even FIRE EXITS!!! Restaurant is closed per weekend and there is no bar also where you could sit and relax. Restaurant opens only per week 12-2 and 19:30-21:30 . Little coffee machine at the reception instead. Tv have only French channels and nothing else! When I asked after 3 days my towels to be changed and clean my bathroom I was told that that is an extra service and it’s done once a week only! There was only one positive experience and that was two receptionists- young guy and a lady with short hair. The other ones especially lady with long hair even didn’t say hi,never smiled and come across bossy and rude. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place.Montpellier is a beautiful city so don’t ruin your experience with poorly hotel like this.

    The hotel is getting worse every year but the prices are rising. AC in the room is working but it is so loud as it is run by a steam engine not an electric motor. One lift was not working but they repaired it the next day. In the bathroom you can smell the drain outlets as it was not cleaned since opening of the hotel.     A standard place to spend the night. Wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for proper comfort. However, it does the job fine for a short stay or if you are on a tight budget.Convenient when visiting with a car as there is plenty of free parking spaces outside (may/june).
