  Disappointing, not in line with pictures or info

  While the staff at reception was friendly, the hallway was dirty, stains and dirt all over. The room itself was small and did not match the photos shown on the website. The hairdryer barely worked, the toilet did not flush properly, and the curtain in the room hung loose. In addition, the air conditioning was not functioning, as it is apparently only switched on from June onwards… Sleeping with the window open was not an option due to significant street noise late into the night. The location is central, but the surrounding area felt unsafe at night. When I mentioned mydisappointment t o the staff at reception at the start of my stay, although friendlythey couldn’t help so recommended to make a complaint on the site. There was written: ‘for complaints write a letter to…’. A letter?! Really?! I don’t recommend this hotel.So overall, I would not recommend this hotel.   Rooms are being severely neglected

  There was so much neglect in the hotel room. Stains galore, stains on the floors, ceilings, couch, missing lightbulbs in the bedroom and just overall not being maintained well. And awful process trying to get a refund for when we were going to come back and stay later on. Had a hell of a time getting that done and will never stay at any Odalys ever again due to this whole experience.   A wonderful experience

  I stayed in your hotel from December 29-January 13, 2026. My stay was exceptional because of your employees. They were very accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile, and friendly while always being professional. I would like to recognize Logan, Laure, and Florian as consistently going above and beyond on my behalf. I was staying there alone while my traveling friends stayed across the square. This was my first time traveling like this since becoming a widow. The three desk attendants were always ready to answer my questions, of which there were many because everything was so new to me. They even helped my friends with a few things when they were unsure about something. They made my travel experience so very memorable because they took the worry out of the equation. I would definitely recommend your hotel to friends for so many reasons. Staff being number one, and accommodations, location, and price all being great for new or experienced travelers. Your hotel provides the perfect combination of amenities.   The hotel is charming, central and ideal for those arriving by train.

  The hotel is in a beautiful historic building that has been renovated and a new part has been added.The room we stayed in was beautiful and had access to a small private patio and the kitchenette was equipped with everything you need.The staff was very friendly.The hotel is ideal for those arriving by train as it is very close to the central train station.For those arriving by car - there is a problem as there is no possibility of entering the hotel's street and certainly not stopping at the entrance to unload equipment as the road is not accessible to private vehicles because a tram passes there.   Good location and nice employees.However, our room smelled of cigarettes and cooked food. We had to keep windows open both day and night.
