  Nice residence, the pool is quite large and clean. With good temperatures. The animators are also pleasant and set a lot of atmospheres. However, during high temperatures there is no air conditioning, and it quickly becomes unpleasant. Especially at night.   A very pleasant residence at a more than reasonable price

  With regard to the rental price, I can only be satisfied. One cannot pay less than 700 euros for a rental for a week in one of the largest tourist areas and expect great luxury. Delighted with this week in all simplicity spent in Azureva, Grau du Roi. Small functional cottage. With a nice small terrace, a modern kitchenette, bedding and sanitary facilities of sufficient quality. Cleanliness can certainly be mentioned but difficult at the same time to keep a perfectly clean accommodation when the outside is made of dirt and not lawn, so arid and sunburned the floors. As for the ants, I had read that it could be problematic. I therefore provided in my luggage an effective powder that I immediately poured in front of the openings and I encountered no problems during my stay. Nice and clean swimming pool, supervised by a lifeguard, admittedly unsmiling, but who did the job, notably by enforcing the prohibition of wearing underpants, even if some tried to outwit it every day! A snack restaurant in the residence offers very reasonably priced dishes (sandwiches, pizzas, salads, mussels...). A pleasant Welcoming staff and a minimalist animation team that does the best with the means it has.I then went to a 4-star hotel in August at 3,200 euros a week and of course the services were not comparable. Everything is relative! We have the services we pay for. Let's not forget it before criticizing it like this...One regret: that a Half Board Service is not offered, as in Argeles or Cap d'Agde.   This place had a really boring vibe, there was nothing going on. It felt like you where in a retirement home felt really depressing. The pool area was nice and clean but they literally had like 12-15 beds due to COVID. We have been traveling around South of France for 2 weeks and this was the first place who had this rule for the beds. The rooms where clean when we arrived but there was there are no built roads so all the roads are dirt roads and your room just ends up with endless sand you just cannot clean as there is sand and dirt everywhere as you step out your room. The staff where friendly, but to be honest if you are looking for something with a good vibe and good entertainment avoid this place. If you prefer a place where it is super quiet and nothing going on then this is the place to go. Also you can tell the place has not been renovated in a long time everything just looks super ancient. The only thing that looked new was the kitchen area in the room that was about it. Everything else looks like it has been the same for the past 20 years. We are still subject to sanitary constraint, in particularity to the swimming pool. We must provide safety for all residents, in order to be able to disinfect the pool deck and equipment.For your information, you stayed in protected natural area, which leaves plenty of room for flora and fauna. You also have a private terrace and garden with little overlooked, allowing space and tranquility for all.A relative peace of mind, your post being in English, I deduce that you had trouble to participating in animation, for the moment they are exclusively in French. The residence has a customer satisfaction rate for animation of 87.66 %, I think is very satisfying rate.We have renovated a part of our apartment and will continue in this direction.I hope I answered and give you some details that will allow you to give us a second chance.Until you have this pleasure, please accept Shifty199019 my sincerely salutations.

  Simple accommodation next to the Beach

  The Azureva at Le Grau du Roi is a very convenient place to stay, not fancy, clean and very friendly and rates are more than reasonable. It's an ideal compromise between a camping resort and a modest hotel.It's located very near the fantastic Espiguette beach. Ideally you can reach the beach from Azureva by bike. Aigues Mortes, the beautiful ancient city is only a few kilometers away. Beautiful horseback riding is just next door.
