  We were hesitant to book here given the reviews. But it is a well-located, very modern hotel that has every thing. Very nice, quiet, well-furnished rooms. A fabulous breakfast overseen by a hard working staff. But having read the other reviews, I understand how many guests came to be unhappy with their stay. The reception staff often had to be summoned with a buzzer and seemed to take a long time to appear from their hang-out somewhere in the interior of the ground floor. They were often aloof and did not always seem motivated to address your particular needs.   Lovely Hotel with Excellent Staff. Requires some Finishing Touches

  Lovely hotel with excellent staff and beautifully located right next to Montpellier St Roche Train Station. Sadly the housekeeping is not really up to 4 star standards. There were stains on the carpets in our room and also on the bedside tables - that appear to come from bleach stains. Additionally, there were plates left outside another room for over 24 hours. I’d booked a room for 3 adults, however, when the sofa bed was made up there was no space in the room to do anything other than sit on the bed. Forget about doing a yoga flow! These flaws could be easily resolved making it a true 4 Star hotel.   The hotel is well located next to Montpellier Sant Roche station (note there is another station out of town, so if you are arriving by train check which one) and within easy walking distance of the old town and all the main sights of Montpellier. Rooms are not large, but are fine and have all you need for a short stay. Breakfast is excellent so try and get it included in your room rate. And front desk staff were helpful and friendly. My one main criticism of the hotel is that there are times of the day when you cannot access the cafe restaurant and the bar is not open for business so whilst you can sit there with others, you cannot get a drink or snack.   Modern, contemporary and great location

  This is a lovely hotel right in the heart of Montpellier - right next to the train station and within walking distance of the Centre. Contemporary design. comfortable rooms and a convenient location. Lovely outside area for food, drinks and cocktails. Great music in the bar areas. Really nice stay thank you.   STAY AWAY.

  Bad location. Unsafe. Drug dealings in plain sight. Very difficult to get to by car. No parking in or around hotel. Outside park house is too far and takes a long time to get in and out. Must get pass from security. Beds uncomfortable. No lock on shower door. Run out of juices, baguettes, and eggs at 8:30 am. Staff not helpful. No supervisor or manager available.
