  Nice enough but disappointing food

  I stayed at this resort recently for a conference. The pool areas were nice. The cabins were rather old and basic but comfortable enough. At this time of year, the only food available was from the buffet. Although the food selection at the buffet was fine, the quality of the food was quite poor, and mostly tasteless. The worst was the breakfast where the orange juice coming out of the machines was brown and tasted rotten and the yogurts clearly had not been stored properly as they had a curdled texture. They did not seem to know how to cook bacon as it was always black on one end and almost uncooked on the other end. This is in contrast to the Belambra club in Propriano, which had the same food selection but much better quality.   Accommodation not to be recommended!

  The domain is lovely. Kids really enjoyed heated pool and tennis courts. Location is beautiful at the sea. So far the good news. The accommodation is not up to standards for a 4- star resort. We choose the bungalow for 6-7 people (being a family of 5) but there was barely enough space to walk around. It was extremely small and it would be impossible to stay here with 6 or 7 people. The place was damp and the extra room was only accessible from an external stairs (which they did advertise) but it couldn't be locked (not secure at all so we couldn't let the kids sleep there) and the gaps in the door let the many many mosquitos in. We were all eaten alive by the immense amount of mosquitos but there were no screens in the windows and all the gaps meant they could get in anyway. We left after 5 days (we booked a full week).   One of the worst hotels I’ve been

  Everything but a good hotel: restaurant closes at 9pm, the room has not been done for 2 days, old and very bad maintained room (WC, shower of lenty of mud) It is like a hotel built in the 80’s with no maintenance until today. Following your feedback, we would like to assure you that our property, including all guest rooms, received significant renovations prior to the summer of 2019 with the aim of providing comfortable and modern accommodations. Furthermore, our restaurant staff strives to provide excellent service, and we regret any inconvenience caused by the restaurant hours. Our breakfast buffet is available until 9:30 am but is replenished until the last guest is served to ensure everyone starts their day right. Additionally, our team is dedicated to the cleanliness and upkeep of all facilities, and it is concerning to hear that this was not reflected during your visit. We will address your comments with our housekeeping team to ensure our usual high standards are consistently met.Moreover, our holiday village is designed to offer a relaxing experience with a 1000 m² heated aquatic space and a range of entertainment and dining options, all set within a beautiful 23-hectare park surrounded by a water body.
