Location

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Montpellier, a few steps from Place de la Comedie, from Montpellier St Roch TGV train station and from the Fabre Museum. It is right in front of the Corum Conference Centre and there are shops and restaurants within 300 metres. There is a tram stop just 150 metres from the hotel, the nearest exit on the A9 motorway is 9 km away, and the beach in Palavas is roughly 13 km away. Montpellier Mediterranee Airport is approximately 9 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 146 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Great location, but rooms not a lot of work and housekeeping needs to do a better job deep cleaning the rooms.

    Great location, but rooms are in really bad shape. The toilet was disgusting. There was a coffee stain that was not cleaned up (probably because housekeeping did not see the stain underneath the desk, against the wall). The hardware in the bathrooms had lime/calcium on them (because they were not properly cleaned each time). I don't blame Radisson for the conditions because they brought it from Crown. However, they should've done a massive deep clean, touched up some minor areas and did some revisions before calling it a Radisson Blu.

    Great location for visiting Montpellier. The hotel itself wasn’t the best and is expensive. Don’t go for the room service by the time our food arrived it was cold and unappealing.     Nice hotel but

    Spent one nice at Crowne Plaza Montpellier, pouring rain for last hour of trip from Perpignan and delighted to reach our hotel. Nice friendly chap on reception but took payment and then informed us hotel would have no power from midnight till 7.00am and handed us battery LED light in case we needed bathroom during the night. If he had not processed the payment I would have and should have walked. Was going to dine in hotel but decided to head into city but advised most restaurants close Sunday. Not the case and had a really good meal. The breakfast the next morning was mediocre at best.Starts bad ends bad!!!     We had a quite bad experience at this hotel. First of all not easy to get into the parking - only for small cars. (got scratch as there was not space). Power charger where not working and that was the reason why we booked this hotel. When we arrived we ask for water and a extra quilt for our room but nothing happened. Sorry to say but I will not reccomand this hotel and as at IHG Platinum Elite member this is not normal as I normally see that I been taken care of.     A Joke of an IHG Hotel, the worst iv been to anywhere.

    This is not a Hotel, this is a mess pretending to be a Hotel. The Rooms are very 1999, the pool area is the worst designed area for a pool I have ever had the misfortune to visiting. Tiny, awkward pool with too little beds, not that you'd want to spend any time here, a truly terrible experience. Breakfast however took the whole experience to a lower lever. We asked for soya milk or oat milk and were told "we dont have anything like that"....a so called IHG Hotel that does not do a non lactose alternatives. All the hot food was cold, the fruit looked dry and old. A joke from start to finish and €20 for breakfast per person. Do yourself and favour and stay in The Pullman Hotel at any cost.
