  Staying here for 2 weeks. I got a very nice room with double bed, balcony, kitchen and air conditioning. Everything is updated, clean and to hotel standards. Staff do their best and is always welcoming. The entire building is clean and is cleaned on a daily basis. I have seen the cleaning staff many times across my room when a guest left and how long they deep cleaned the rooms each time. Not sure what to think of all the negative comments here. People seem to come with expectations of a 5 star hotel for such low price. The hotel is right at the marina, which is full of restaurants and shops. As this is the rear of the restaurants, one can imagine that these will need deliveries early morning. Obviously there will be noise 🙄 a little bit of research beforehand lowers strange expectations 🤔 There is parking right underneath the hotel...yes, there is parking available. You can rent bysicle and cycle your way through the town, beach etc. You have everything right at your doorstep. Carrefour, Netto for your grocery shopping. The beach 10 min walk through either beautiful scenery with lash green trees or through little shops for tourists. Marina in front of you - probably one of the largest. You can either walk it or take a boat trip for 9 euro to view the entire beauty. The museum also just 5 min walk away. With the bus you can reach the train station and from there you can go anywhere you wish. I don't know what more you want. So yes, it deserves my 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Great location but rooms in need of a facelift

  Very central location. Mezzanine was spacious, with bed upstairs and sofa bed downstairs. It was useful to have a small kitchen with fridge. Receptionist was helpful. Check in was not allowed until after 5pm, unless we paid 75 euros extra to arrive at lunchtime. Then we had to check out at 10am! Free parking was 10 -15 mins walk away. Room was grubby with strange stains on floors and walls. Bed linen also had stains on it and pillows were grubby. Towels were thin and we had to ask for toliet roll.

  very nice place for short stay

  2 nights mid of July, having booked a suite (2 beds)lot of negative points are due to beds in main room which are not beds but sofa.if you're bigger than 1.80, you could have bad sleepotherwise the rooms are large, kitchen is fine for 4 persons, location is excellent, but all parkings around are expensive. swimming pool was very clean and depth is 1.50m to 2.80min the place just behing the hotel you can find 2 excellent restaurants : La Manade and l'essence du goût

  Relaxing Break

  This is an excellent choice if you want great value for money in an excellent location.The hotel comprises of studio flats which are well stocked with all the utensils required for a self catering break. The hotel do offer breakfast at extra cost should you so wish. But there are plenty of shops withing walking distance with fresh produce on sale and an excellent little bakery at the top of the street.The bed is a sofa bed and I found it quite comfortable but not as good as a normal bedThe hotel has a small gymnasium with free weights a rowing maching a running machine also a saunaOutside is a swimming pool with plenty of space around to sunbathe on the numerous loungers. This area is enclosed and very secureThe location is just off the harbour close enough to walk to all the bars and restaurants on the quay side but far enough away as not to be disturbed by noise from late night revellersI would have no hessitation in returning here or recommending it to anyone

  Poor but central location, basic accomodation.

  Very central location.Was slightly shocked to find no bed in our room but a sofa and a camp bed, this is clearly the same for all rooms and reading the reviews on this hotel didn't reveal this in any way! Camp bed gave us both bad backs.Rooms are otherwise clean however tatty.You don't get given any towels so these are charged extra at €8. You pay extra for the gym but don't know costs.There is a hair dryer in the bathroom but I was glad I took my own.Mainly French guests, receptionist spoke enough English and was very pleasant.The pool area is fine and pool even bigger than we expected and we were glad of our fridge and that we could bring our own food and drink around the pool.It is a great location if you want to visit the town however it doesn't paint a very good picture of South of France...you can log into wifi in reception, no where else in the hotel.
