    Very poor and cheap beds and mattresses, just like those you see at a police station. The staff was otherwise very friendly. Upon arrival, I had to pay for linens, which I'd never experienced before. It did have well-cooled rooms and a nice pool, but the only downsides were the sheer curtains and the bed, although they were important.

    Great Hotel and very reasonable value.It´s at an easy to reach place which you can arrive from airport in around 15 min by car.Entrance is fully automated by pre-sent codes if you arrive very late! Very good service! Thanks

    Very difficult to find in the middle of nowhere. Very far from Montpellier centre with regular traffic jam every morning and a bit noisy. The place around is spooky, the main asset is the swimming pool. The residence is located 5km from the centre of Montpellier if going by car is too difficult, in only 10 minutes a tramway located in front of the residence can take you to the centre of Montpellier. We are glad you enjoyed the swimming pool which is one of the residence’s best points. We hope to welcome you again in Le Terral or in another Vacancéole residence.

    The hotel is great, the service is crap and weak

    The hotel is absolutely in the middle of nowhere in the given place, I was literally looking for it for more than three hours, no GPS may find it. Even the local residents and local police officers, Gendarmerie or even the local owners of the other hotels didn´t know anything about it. Finally, the local police officers helped me out asking the other owner of the little hotel nearby, after midnight when I was rather desperate looking for it and it was basically just around the corner direction to the forest from the main street. Horrible, no signs, no directions or anything. The room is, however, spacious, and amazingly well-equipped, clean, rather modern and rigid in furniture, but great view and quiet atmosphere for sleeping and resting, parking was free and the Wi-Fi connection as well. You have to order the breakfast in advance, morning is too late, no breakfast served. Anyway, if there is a sign or direction in the center or nearby, no trouble, just it´s necessary to spread the word about the location of this new hotel at least among the local inhabitants:-)

    Le Terral is located in an industrial area in the outskirts of Montpellier. By car, it takes about 5 minutes to get to the city center.The hotel is very difficult to find, even using a GPS. We stayed for one night in a spacious and simply decorated one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool. It's a very quiet place.The staff is very helpful.Parking is free.
