  Just be aware hotel not on airport ground like some other airports

  Hotel is situated about a 6 minute taxi ride from the airport. You can take a bus from outside the airport to St Louis train station then get a 604 bus to Croisee Des Lys then its a couple of mins walk. Clean hotel, friendly staff. The staff can arrange a free shuttle service to the airport.

  There’s no shuttle from the airport!

  There’s no shuttle from the airport despite what is advertised by the hotel.Besides this, the hotel is fine, rooms very basic but clean and the staff was friendly. Location is a bit dull but presumably you’ll be staying there to be close to the airport…

  Free shuttle from airport is not included as advertised

  Booked this hotel because it was listed on the Accor website (see photo attached) and app as including a free shuttle "to and from" the airport. BEWARE because when you get there, they tell you that the shuttle is only from the hotel to the airport (this is on a sign at reception - see photo attached) so you have to pay for a very expensive taxi (€16) for the short drive to the hotel. I have asked Accor to refund me this money as I had exactly the same experience with the Pullman at Basel airport in 2021 which makes me wonder if this is a deliberate strategy by Accor to mislead its customers.

  Good quality airport hotel

  Very good airport hotel. Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Easy to get to from the airport with the No. 11 bus to Saint Louis station, then a 10 minute walk. Easy, flat, 40-minute walk into Basel, where we were joining a Rhine River cruise.

  While the overall stay was satisfactory, I was charged twice, and despite waiting for over three weeks, I have yet to receive a refund for the duplicate charge. Additionally, the team has stopped responding to my emails. This has been the worst experience I've ever encountered.
