Great hotel , would highly recommend

I arrived on Saturday, 18th July, to be greeted by the two girls on reception. Super efficient and very friendly. Being English, they translated everything for me. The rooms are clean, everything you need - no kettle in rooms but coffee machine and tea downstairs. Nice shower gel supplied. Tv does have BBC 1 & 2 plus CBBC. , hairdryer, iron supplied. Shuttle to airport included Breakfast very good , fresh and lots of choice. Sunday staff also very helpful. Would recommend hotel highly. , even though only 3 star, staff make it seem more. Thank you everyone for a great stay.

The lift didn’t work. Being after a medical operation, it was quite difficult. No solution was offered by staff.

Just be aware hotel not on airport ground like some other airports

Hotel is situated about a 6 minute taxi ride from the airport. You can take a bus from outside the airport to St Louis train station then get a 604 bus to Croisee Des Lys then its a couple of mins walk. Clean hotel, friendly staff. The staff can arrange a free shuttle service to the airport.

There’s no shuttle from the airport despite what is advertised by the hotel.Besides this, the hotel is fine, rooms very basic but clean and the staff was friendly. Location is a bit dull but presumably you’ll be staying there to be close to the airport…
