  Beware.

  When I arrived, I was asked to “pre-authorise” payment. Fair enough. But when I checked out, I was asked to pay for the room. As a new transaction. Every other hotel I stayed on this trip (12 in all, including Adagio Le Havre), took the payment once. But not here.I had to wait almost a month before Revolut released the pre-authorisation.I checked my booking. This procedure was not mentioned anywhere.I won’t be back. It is a temporary hold placed by the bank simply to verify that the credit card provided as a guarantee is valid and active. This is a common practice in many establishments and it does not replace the payment of the stay, which is processed separately at check-out.Regarding your comment that this procedure was not mentioned in your booking confirmation, we kindly invite you to review the reservation details more carefully. It is clearly stated that: “All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the date of the beginning of your stay.” The pre-authorisation is precisely the mechanism used to verify this guarantee.Finally, the time required for the release of a pre-authorisation once it has been cancelled depends entirely on the guest’s bank.   Convenient but basic

  The good point about this apartment hotel is its location. There is a very frequent bus service from the station, plus it is only 10 minutes walk to tourist sites and restaurants in the city centre. Rooms are in a building behind the office block which contains the reception and breakfast room. This means there is no traffic noise.The down sides are that the rooms are extremely small and very spartan in style. Having a kitchen sink and cooking equipment included as part of the facilities makes the room feel even more cramped and functional. Not so much Le Corbusier's "Machine for Living", as a shoebox for sleeping in. Towels and pillows are all of the cheapest quality, but the bed was comfortable.The lighting, plumbing and AC all worked OK, although with the inevitable droopy shower head. Something few hotels appear to attend to. Breakfast was good, with a decent choice of hot and cold food. All the staff we met were very pleasant and helpful.

  Nice hotel with just a few "misses"

  This was a great find, comfortable place to stay. The parking at €17 per day seemed a little steep and we definitely were unimpressed that the air-conditioning could not be turned down below 24 degrees celsius in summer, that is a hotel policy and the system does not allow adjustment. Granted 24 was less than the 30 degrees plus outside, but the room was still too warm for us (coming from the UK where 24 is a hot day normally). That aside the room was (mostly) clean all bar the dust on the outside of the shower tray, and the bed was comfortable. The vending machines only take coins so we were not able to use them.

  We been for many times in this good located and nice Aparthotel in Nancy. The rooms are nice, the bathroom big. The reception extremly friendly and helpfull. The only negative point this time was that there is no more reception of foreign TV channels for whatever reason. The charming receptionist advised me, that it would be now a good opportunity to learn French.In the interest of all non French speaking guests, I hope this problem will be solved till our next return.

  Great place for a weekend, but take note of their reception opening hours

  Wonderful location in a quite side of town with paid parking right across.Rooms are clean and there are free water dispenser on the ground floor and paid laundromat service.Guest have to sort out the rubbish and dispose on their own on the last day (which is OK)Things to note is that the check in closes at 9pm on weekdays and earlier on weekend afternoon and evening. But they will send instructions on how to retrieve booking for those who are checking in late.I saw on Saturday people who are waiting to check in during the break time, but it may be too early hence they did not seem to know what to do.Definitely will stay in this chain again
