    We have been, as a Family, part of a group. The hotel was aware of our arrival, and the group was checked in very quickly, and priotizing the families with kids, as it should be. We got a "family room", which was a room for disabled, thus more spacious than the other rooms. The but is the bathroom, which was also bigger - BUT there is no (optional) protection for the water from the shower, so it is likely to wetten all what you take with you. The air conditioning was, arriving at a very hot day, still put to a quite low temperature. The breakfast was very good, the only drawback was that one of the two coffee machines was broken, so the one caused a queue.

    My wife and I (and our puppy) spent a very pleasant evening at the Cottage Hotel recently. Their online reservation system worked without a hitch (not something one can always rely on) and were met at the front desk with a cheerful and efficient reception.Our room was very clean and spacious; we booked a “Junior Suite.” After walking past other open rooms while housekeeping was making its rounds, I’m glad we did, as some of the other rooms were less spacious than ours.The Cottage Hotel also features an excellent restaurant with regional fare at dinner and a sumptuous breakfast buffet, which is one of the best I have ever experienced.Room rates were very reasonable, and even the charge for a pet in the room was low. In fact, when making the reservation online, we got a pop-up screen that asked if we were bringing our Petite Ami along. Truly pet-friendly. The Cottage will be our go-to lodgings on any return trips to Nancy.

    Arrive - sleep - leave!

    It is What it is! Unfortunately the restaurant was closed so no food around. Nice small and clean rooms. The bathroom felt like a cabin, but everything worked just fine. If you pass Nancy and need to sleep - this is an alternative. The breakfast was average. Also not, we are still in the pandemic which of course is something to take into consideration.

    A great breakfast, a convenient tram ride into the center of Nancy, helpful front desk staff, and easy, free parking. But caution getting the least expensive room that offers almost no more room than the queen size bed.
