Location

The hotel is located in Nancy city centre, just a few metres from Place Stanislas. The apartments are located 2 km from the main train station, 650 metres from Parc Charles III and 7 km from the airport.

    Clean but arrive when check in is open otherwise you'll be lucky if you can enter. Good budget hotel with a swimming pool and mini gym. Receptionist was polite, shame he was not there when we arrived as we are lucky we even managed to get into our rooms with no one there at night and no instructions given plus strangers walking through the hotel, felt a bit unsafe although the doors have good locks. Rooms were pleasantly but could do with updating and freshening up, but did the job for the price. Thanks. Please ensure customers have clear instructions so they can enter rooms and car park after opening hours.

    DO NOT BOOK SCAM ACCOMMODATIONDo not book to stay here when you visit Nancy.Firstly no one to check you in when you arrive reception open hours at reception 4pm, we waited ages and no one arrived at 4pm. No parking close by. An absolute joke we ended up staying some where else as no one showed up to check any one in. No refund either. Save your money and time do not stay here.     Staff very young, all willing and kind, unfortunately not professionally formed at all for a hotel-job. Needed to ask for toilet paper several times. Breakfast buffet was was very slow refilled, tables cleaned and reset in slow motion and with very poor enthusiasme. I saw guests removing used dishes on their own to have breakfast.Room was very used, furniture, kitchen, carpet and bed frame , all old and used. Smelled very strongly, even if staff tried to hide the smell with lots of room freshener.When I moved in, there was equipment missing in the kitchen, micro-wave broken and light bulbs broken. Equipment was delivered and bulbs replaced the same day, but micro-wave stayed broken for 5 days. Very noisy from the street and the rooms next door. For the quality of the hotel it's highly overpriced. Was very disappointed.

    Ventilation insufficient and no airco

    When it is warm, be carefull which room you book / get. Also there seems to be no ventilation in the bathroom as it becomes extremely warm and smells a bit. You can only check in, in a limeted timeframe which is something to keep in mind. The location is ok, a bit of a walk to the centre.

    I stayed four nights at the adequately priced hotel apartment.The apartment has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchenette, iron, iron table, comfortable king size bed, big flat screen TV, tiny bathroom, etc...Unfortunately, the lighting is dim to my taste, because I prefer full light, always.they have very powerful WIFI, free of charge.the receptionist is not present, all time, which is also a negative side.Exceptionally, it has an 8 x 4 m heated indoor swimming pool, with a small gym.the pool was excellent and a big bonus for a 50 Euro hotel apartment/per night.Do not hesitate to stay at this apartment hotel
