    Warm room. Airco not functionibg

    Booked 1 room for 3. Single bed was a rock-hard sofa. So we booked an extra room for our son at €134. Then we noticed that our air conditioning wasn't working. The newly booked room was nice and cool. Reported this to reception and asked for another room. No, said the guy, it was just the air conditioning light that wasn't on, it works perfectly fine. Slept poorly; very hot and humid air in the room. We did have a nice meal in the restaurant in the evening, though. All in all, 2 x €134 room, 3 x breakfast at €19.90, and dinner at €110 spent quite a lot for one night of poor sleep. No more Novotel next year.

    This hotel is conveniently located close to the A31 motorway. Adequate on-site parking. Efficient front desk staff. Executive room category is good size for a solo traveller or a couple. Comfortable double bed.(The advertised third bed is a large couch that folds out. It would handle an adult or a child, even without unfolding.) The bathroom and toilet are in separate parts of the room. There is no proper work desk but there is an armchair and small table. I did not use the restaurant. The bar area is fairly small, so I think is often noisy and crowded.If you were travelling with a dog, or with children, there is a large wooded park a few minutes walk from the hotel. It has paved trails and there is a playground area.I would stay here again.

    We stayed in this hotel en route to Switzerland. It is clean and the rooms are a good size and include tea and coffee facilities (though with paper cups- I used my travel mug for my morning coffee), and all the amenities you’d expect. The windows open fully which is amazing because you can get actual fresh air, which is just as well because there was only blowing air, no air con, probably because we were there in September. The pool and communal areas are really nice- tastefully decorated and clean. Filtered, cold water available from a machine, even sparkling water if you want it. We would definitely stay here again. Right by the motorway so really easy to find as well, with a supermarket and Boulanger nearby, as well as a few restaurants. Our room had a fridge as well as rectangular AND square pillows, if you care about that sort of thing.

    Perfect Hotel for a travel break!

    Recently visited after returning from our summer holiday in southern France. Wide and safe parking place. English speaking personel. Very good beds. Coffee and thee in your room. We stayed for one night and enjoyed a dinner and breakfast before we moved on back to NL. Thank you for your hospitality and service Novotel Nancy team.

    Nice hotel,.. shame about the food and drinks..

    Rooms clean. Family friendly. Food was not great and very expensive. Sause on burger was not same sause as they put on steaks. Both were split. Stupid cost saving things like only one cup in double rooms ( only one if you can drink)... are a bit silly...drinks are 2x cost of what you pay in city bar. E.g water is €5...
