Location

This residence enjoys an excellent location in the commercial area of the city centre, between the Chateau des Ducs de Bretagne (100 m) and the Cité des Congrès. Guests will find bars, nightspots, and shops all in the immediate vicinity of the establishment. It is 2 minutes' walk from the tram stop, a 15-minute walk from the bus station and 10 km from Nantes Airport.

Facility

82 rooms, including 7 apartments and 65 studios, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel provides a baggage storage service, a laundry service, a fax machine, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Amenities include a drinks machine.     Chosen mainly because it offered secure car parking together with location and a reasonable price.It’s not at the heart of the city but close enough and everything within walking distance. When arriving by car, pop into the hotel to get the car park remote and detailed instructions on how to access. Despite it seeming complicated the lift from the car park comes up in reception.We had booked a studio apartment but got a one bed. Comfortable bed, shower worked well. Spacious sitting room. This is not a luxurious place but it was clean, everything worked and the staff were great - especially the Mexican lady working mornings. It represents a solid choice.

    Great location for visiting the city. Rooms have no aircon so 4th floor in 29degs was unbearable. The bathroom and kitchen were clean but the bedroom carpet was disgustingly dirty and stained. There’s nobody on reception in the evening but were helpful when they were present.

    Though the interior is a bit old, it has all basic amenity and appliances for your use. Mattress and bed quilt are comfortable. Staff is friendly. It is important to note the reception is not located in this apartment address and you need to check-in in Garden Hotel which is at the concern of the street (2 to 3 min walk). Though they put a print out on the door, they are written in French. I did ring them to confirm the check-in address.

    Pretty good bed forthe night

    We had great difficulty finding this place. Drove into town without a map. The problem is that the address is on a pedestrianised back street, although one side of the hotel is on a fairly busy street. With help from the Tourism Office, we found it after almost two hours.Very friendly, sympathetic check in. No parking available. We left the car onthe street outside, feeding the metre with money, although there was no charge for the hours of darkness. Our sense of the neighbourhood was that we needed to check on the car fairly frequently to make sure it was still there.Small but sufficiently equipped room. Fully equipped kitchen fr two, with a microwave. Clean. a little too hot on a summer&s afternoon - but an open window solved that. Couldn't find any restaurants in the area, but there was a supermarket one block away. A sign in the elevator promised pixxas at the front desk (they warm them up for you( but when we went to ask for one, the staff had gone home for the night.An early morning walk showed it was nice and convenient for the Castle. Got lost again as we tried to leave the city.

    Comfortable Stay, near Gare de Nantes

    Very comfortable overnight stay, we had a twin room which was clean and warm but the beds were a bit small! It was quiet and we had a very good night sleep and had a very easy and nice walk to the main station Gare de Nantes for our early transfer to Paris. We arrived late and therefore had to check ourselves in via a code sent to my email which should have been fine but I only had one code to get into the building but I never got the code to the key box and was lucky that another customer came in 2 minutes after me and he had the code to the key box so when you call the property for your code make sure you have both so you don't have this dilemma! Other than that I'd recommend it!
