Location

This residence is located in the heart of the historic town of Nantes, where it fits perfectly into the picturesque district of Place Viarme. The bus station and links to public transport can be found in the immediate vicinity, while the train station is about a 15-minute walk away. A number of attractions including the Chateau Bretagne, the Machine de L'Ile, the famous Passage Pommeraye, the Marche de Talensac and Ile de Versailles are all within walking distance. Nantes Airport is about 15 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lift and features 15 apartments and 48 studios. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a fax machine, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

There is a breakfast room on the premises. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Staff are also happy to provide gluten-free meals.

    Recently returned from a 2 night stay.We found the accommodation very comfortable with pleasant Staff.Although a little dated, for the price charged offered excellent value.The breakfast was very good, with nice tables to sit at.Close buy was a tram stop. together with plenty of food outlets.Would stay again.

    Perfect for what we were looking for as a party of 3. Less than 10 minute walk into the city centre. Great facilities in room such as kettle, towels, fridge and microwave. The staff were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Besides some dirty marks on walls, the room was clean.

    More like a backpackers hostel - except you get your own room I suppose. Reception opens at 15.00. Receptionist arrived at 14.50 but sat in car outside in warmth while three 'guests' froze on pavement. Wandered in at 15.00, hatch opened at 15.05.

    Hotel apartment,good comfortable stay,close to most places,very calm noise free place,walking distance from city centre. Only disadvantage no laundry at apartment so had to go out. Didn’t try breakfast since very few options for vegetarians

    Staying at Appart’CityNantes Viarme is convenient to get around the city, giving the tramway bus lines are very close by. I can also walk and see many tourists attractions cathedral, church, rivers...
