    Left stranded by the weather and Ryanair's usual passive, money orientated indifference, we turned up here at past midnight. Excellent, quick service on arrival followed the next day by drinks and a superb buffet as we waited. Valentin and his colleague were super helpful, couldn't do enough to help us. Brilliant all round. We went from sleeping on the airport floor to a great experience. Thanks to everyone.     Great hotel and convenient

    This is a great hotel. Receptionist is extremely kind and let us know everything we need to know. Very close to City Centre which is great since there is a lot there. I do recommend to take to 4 to Foch Cathédral (terminus) because it is near the city centre. The location is great. People travelling from the airport can take the 38 to Grenarie and it’s only a very short walk back to the hotel. The room is definitely the best. Really clean. There is a Carrefour which is really big if you take the 4 to île de Nantes, and it was very convenient because we can get our food there and we didn’t book any food for our stay. They speak English, which is great. 8/10 for this outstanding hotel!     Excellent hotel at a great price

    Really good experience at this hotel. Booked a wheelchair-friendly, pet-friendly room at a very reasonable price. Only a 20 euro supplement to bring my 2 dogs. The access was excellent- seamless access from parking, via automatic doors, lower access reception and very accessible room. Daria at reception was exceptionally helpful- fantastic customer service.Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.     For those in the U.K. I’d place the rooms slightly below a Premier Inn but the food slightly above. I saw a review before I went that said, budget hotel, that says it all. It does but the staff are friendly and the food ok. Location is right next to a bus stop to the city centre.
