Location

The hotel is located in the central business district of La Beaujoire, 5 minutes from the famous stadium, the exhibition centre and the banks of the Erdre River. The nearest shops are around 1 km away.     Employees at the reception and cleaning staff are very helpful and nice.Good location next to tram ligne 1 and bus stops.Good price to quality ratio.There's all the utilities you could need to live.     You can find something better...

    ...and cheaper. The 90's style of the studio. The small and unconfortable "double" bed. The mold in the nanobathroom...for 49 euros. I regred to book the night in this hotel. They give a user for the wiffi but it was only for one device.     room had everything what i was need, clean and queite. room is allright for one person, if you gonna live together probablt it'll be a little bit not enough space. staff on reception is very helpfull and speak english. but reception is working till evening.my opinion - it is good hotel for that price they ask.     Not great value, badly designed rooms.

    Booked this because it included internet in rooms, wasn't too pricey and had a double bed. The bed was about the smallest size that could vaguely pass as a double and folded down from the wall on it's long side so one of us had to sleep against the wall. The rooms were just badly designed in general and a bit odd to be honest, and looked kind like how I imagine student digs. We had a kitchen hob also but not much in the way of cooking equipment, nothing to wash up with and the mugs were literally the size of espresso cups so not great for tea! All in all, if it was 15/20 euros cheaper it would've been a bargain but as it was I definitely wouldn't recommend it.     Cerise is quite okay: it has good services and isn't too far away from the city center. We found the room cleaned and in good condition. What I really didn't like is: the students living there, they often do parties in the middle of the week until late in the night, so that sleeping is impossible. This has happend quite a lot of times and it's been real annoying. Plus, there are huge problems with the laundry: i tell you, DO NOT wash there. One shirt of mine had gaps after washing and the drying machine just won't work. This is most probably due to the fact that the person in the 5th floor (where the laundry is) just doesn't clean the dryer after every usage. For the price they ask that is just brazen.
