    Great place to stay, no windows allowed to open, dry air inside rooms.

    Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, they don't let you open the window. The ventilator runs all night making noise. We mentioned this, along with the fridge being very noisy and keeping waking us up during the night. There's a dishwasher and little kitchenette area with two hobs and a fridge with a freezer compartment. All great. They don't give you extra towels. But they give you towels for the pool if you ask. The sauna is infrared, doesn't even get warm in there. It was not working for the first 2 nights of our stay. I did complain and was told I could cancel reservation or change room. But that would have taken time. I booked something based on the research. On arrival, I found something else. We also had several other people to consider and it wasn't possible to make new arrangements for the two remaining days. Also, if you book this because you want the pool, remember the pool is accessed by walking outside for across the courtyard in an old people's home. It's a small pool so not good when you have more than 4 people in there. Bring your flip flops and your own bathrobe as these aren't provided. And don't even think about the sauna.OTherwise, clean room, spacious bathroom and hot water. The bathroom is all plastic in the shower area. There's not much pressure in the rainshower. While it's ok to access the pool in spring and summer by walking outside, if you're cold and feel the chill, I wouldn't recommend to go out for accessing the pool. Find a pool where you don't leave the building. There is a shared changing room at the pool, if you can be bothered to change there instead. Great tram access 5 minutes walk away and Pirmil has more bus and tram which is 7 minutes walk away. No one will tell you, but naolib, tram and bus services are free on weekends! That includes bus 38 to the Airport.     Stayed here for 4 nights for the Rugby World Cup and though its not in the town Centre it was ideal for us. Hotel is situated right between 2 tram stops (Pirmil and Pont Rosseau Martyrs a 5 mins walk) that takes you straight to the City Centre and also a bus stop (#38) that takes you straight to Nantes Airport in 20 mins and at weekends all public transport is free. Hotel is very nice with great rooms and very comfortable. Would stay again.

    We stayed for a week in this lovely hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The facilities were really good everything was modern, clean and in excellent condition. The hotel is very close to the local trams and easy to get to from the airport. There us also a great bakery, Italian restaurant and bar. We will definitely book again.

    A lovely clean and comfortable room. Bathroom was huge and spotlessly clean and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food. Staff were soooo very nice and couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. I would DEFINITELY stay there again and I would thoroughly recommend it. Thank you everyone for an amazing stay.

    Room 107 for 2 nights. No cleaning bewteen 2 nights at all. Phones are totally not working and the wifi us not powerful to get into the room! So sad as it is a nice hotel and the staff is really nice!!
