  😊 The hotel was clean and within easy walking distance to the concert venue, which was very convenient. The breakfast was good, and the reception staff member was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.☹️ I booked a double room with a double bed but was given a room with two single beds, which was requested as I am tall and needed more space. Mind you, I booked this the 5 April 2025, and paid in full in September 2025 (prior to the due date for payment).The bathroom vent ran continuously and was quite loud.I could hear noise from the room above where music was played late.A bottle of water in the room would have been a nice touch.

  Great staff, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds

  We stay at the Bho Hotel 2 or 3 times a year when we visit Nantes and the fact that we return says a lot. The breakfasts are great, the staff super friendly and the rooms always clean.However there is one consistent problem and that is the lack of electric sockets in the bedroom to charge a computer, tablet, phone etc and the fact that the main one exists above a fold down desk that you’re obliged to close, (& hence becomes unusable), at night due to the light that comes on when open. This would be easy to fix by an electrician as it is mounted on a modular panel so double sockets and a light switch would be easy to install.However, I fear we will be required to find an alternative hotel for future visits as we have ordered an electric car and the hotel hasn’t had the foresight to install a charger. I wonder how many other customers choices will be changed by this ever approaching constraint and how long the hotel will take to catch on for the requirement of this minimal investment. Hopefully not too long before other regular customers have changed their habitual place of stay too.

  Very comfortable stay, nice breakfast too. Parking an advantage and in great convenient too. Staff friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The shower did have black mould though room 120 which should be re masticed

  I have booked this bho hotel through booking.com and paid it in advance because our flight to Nantes was with very late arrival at 2:00 in the night and this hotel seemed to be not so far from the airport. But on arrival I was extorted to pay again for my room, what was already paid and confirmed by booking.com! The receptionist has tried to charge my card with new amounts and he mentioned for guarantee purposes and always said in bad English “I’m sorry, it’s the rule”. What rule? There’s no such rule either on booking.com or hotel’s website to charge guests double for already paid room! Otherwise, he didn’t allow me and my wife inside. The room price was 69 EUR, what was prepaid by me, he tried to charge additional 91EUR, after I have asked what for, he said: for room + two breakfast. But I have already paid 69EUR for the room without breakfast, because we didn’t need it. After I have asked many times to clarify this issue in the morning he mentioned: ok, you can sleep here in the lobby till morning and didn’t want to allow us to our paid room. We have discussed for more than 1 hour, trying to call his manager, trying to convince him somehow to get allowed to our paid room, because we had no other alternatives in the night. Then I agreed to pay a deposit of 50EUR (what for??) and once it was paid we were allowed at 4:00 am to our double-paid room in hope to clarify all issues in the morning.In the morning we have met a very unpleasant lady, who claimed she’s the manager and we hoped to receive a kind of apologies from her for her unprofessional night shift manager, but no! She blamed on us, that we wanted to get into our paid room without paying again, because they have such rules! She was so rude and impudent towards us. No excuses, no apologies for their behavior. She doesn’t know what is a client oriented hotel manager. Her receptionist has promised to return the money (50EUR additional payment) the same day and write me an email, but she lied: no emails, no money back. I have paid the deposit on June 23rd and after many times of reminders and trying to do it also with help of booking.com – they have returned my money only on July 9th. Booking didn’t help as well.As for the hotel: far away from everything, looks modern outside, but lots of issues inside. Not comfortable bed sheets. Noisy and small rooms. Not enough bath amenities in the bathroom. Far from Nantes. The shopping mall nearby is closed on weekends. Very overpriced breakfast 11EUR for a coffee with croissant. Avoid this place if you don’t want to spoil your vacation with rude unprofessional hotel staff.

  Good alround hotel rooms good breakfast very good . . If you like shopping this is the place to be atlantique shopping centre a few mins walk good choice of places to eat and shops to spend all those euro's you have left only about 8/10 mins from airport.
