    What to say. Apologies, I thought we wrote this at the time, sadly it never . Anyhow, we arrived, a very warm welcome from Pascal, a very fine gent, who has other praise here, and fully justified. Other staff also friendly. Checked out room, fine for price - bijou we thought, and all up together. Even a kettle for us Anglais who love a cuppa anytime. Was quiet as holiday next day, suited us, a shower, a beer and relax, before visiting town, after a map and advice from Monsieur P. Great meal out (see elsewhere). Wonderful nights sleep. A very ample breakfast next morning rounded a very pleasant stay off. No frills, but hey so friendly and reasonable - we will be back. Thankyou.     Upon arrival the hotel manager told us that buffalo grill would give customers a ten percent reduction. Room was perfect for us and our two boys. 2 interconnecting rooms. Great quirky designs with picture of a tram in one room and bicycle in another. Breakfast in morning great value - all you can eat / drink. Finally not only the host but also the white dog super friendly. Highly recommend!! PS we are so pleased the police found your dog who had wandered off!!     Booked disabled room for one night: dreadful. A kettle but no cups tea/coffee. Room drab, no decor or a/c. Shower room treacherous, slippy tiles when wet. Very noisy taps when running water. One electric wall plug loose in socket. Dinner was good though and they have a lovely dog. Not worth €132.

    Although the room was small, it was comfortable and warm. Kettle and Coffee provided.Staff were very helpful.Food in the restaurant was fantastic.Breakfast good.Definitely stay here if in the area again.

    As an 'ex ibis' we werent expecting great things just somewhere to rest our heads. How wrong we were. Clean, comfy, adequate size room. The Staff we helpful and friendly and spoke good english (bonus for us). We were very well looked after and catered for. A surprise of an evening meal was offered in their lovely restaurant. Good choices, Well cooked and presented. It saved going out and made a more relaxing evening. Breakfast was good too .... the scrambled eggs highly recommended. A quick 5 minunte drive and we were in the centre of Chateaubriant which was well worth looking round. A beautiful City. We would definitely recommend the 'Hotel Inn Design Resto Novo Chateaubriant'. very well priced, in fact a bargain!
