  Very friendly and helpful staff and nice clean room. For the price you couldn't ask for more. The front desk helped us get taxis booked and also let us check in a little early as well. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to be just outside Nantas

  Design... very misleading name for a very old hotel

  Design, novo... stop misleading the customers with this name. There is nothing design there, everything is outdated and looking old. Novo... well, we did not anything new but rather a hotel is very bad shape and no maintenance at all. The garden is a disaster, the outside walls in very bad condition. It’s more looking like a very old American motel.But the worst comes now: they don’t clean your room along your stay and it was not very clean when we came is. Carpet on the floor is old and dusty. Why is that not cleaned? The official reason is COVID-19 , they can’t send personnel to clean the rooms but they have no issue to get in if you request new towels (you have to request).So let’s be clear, this Covid excuse is just to hide a simple objective: maximizing the profit and surely not your customer experience. Never again! Indeed, we know, the front of the buildings requires some renovation work. However, we are surprised to see your dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms. Our housekeepers are used to cleaning scrupulously each room, especially with the new procedures put in place with the COVID.Like many companies, we suffer from the current situation and do not imagine taking advantage of the situation. In this way, we don’t clean room along the stay to protect our clients and our team. This information is given to you upon your arrival and also our solution. For a long stay, you have the possibility to change your room and we can give you at the reception new towels when you want it.Best regards, Marie

  Nice, silent and clean, Friendly staff with a service mind. Breakfast very nice, I would say perfect compared to other hotels in France. I had also dinner by the hotel, with the starter and desert buffé, also this was a grand slam hit. I will order this hotel also next time I visit Nantes.   Stayed two nights rooms nice play clean, tried to eat in restaurant was told no table for hour and half Ok so no one said I had to book on check in?! Booked table following nite for 19.30 came to restaurant no tables but I've book yes sorry go to Ur room and we will call you hr passed I came to restaurant and my table was ready no call to room then told table had been ready since half 7, the lady that turned me away was rude even in serving my food! Will not be returning if I have to stay here I would rather go to inconvenience and eat out!!!! Very angry!

  Stayed for one night whilst journeying down through France. Good clean hotel, breakfast buffet good, quite pricey because of location. Would be happy to return, although might look for same chain of hotel, but further out of town, and therefore cheaper .
