  Good for a night, nothing more!

  Very good welcome, warm staff, small room, good bedding, lack of storage in the bathroom. Poorly soundproofed, especially on the street side with the tram running until midnight and starting again around 4 AM, short nights 🥱. Nice breakfasts with local products.   A hotel for troubleshooting but without more

  On a business trip, I spent one night at the Place said on the way home. I didn't expect a palace but still better. The rooms are poorly equipped, I knew it, but it still lacks two three things, like a table worthy of the name or soap in the sink (ok to limit the plastic, but a soap dispenser on the wall could have done the trick...). The bedding is particularly hard. No curtains but a crank blind, which limits as much as possible the rather violent street lighting that is lit all night. The real negative is the soundproofing, it's hardly if you can't hear your neighbor breathing. So with a bar on the ground floor and the tram station under the windows, how do you say... I felt like I was in a '50s hotel with a few strokes of bright paint on it. If it's vintage, you might as well assume it aesthetically and make sure that the structural elements of a hotel room are of better quality rather than spending on aesthetics and neglecting the base. The staff is kind, certainly, but it does not compensate, sorry.Breakfast is not bad, you can feel the quality (especially on ham and cheese), but nothing to climb the curtains on the whole.The value for money is therefore quite poor.   Great Hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, pizza is out of this world! Location is excellent, tram stop right outside the door, 8-10 mins from Longchamp to Commerce (where it all happens). Only downside is there was no TV or Kettle in the room, but not a deal breaker. Room could have been a bit cleaner. Tram noise is very frequent, but not off putting.

  We were for a weekend and the experience was amazing, the staff is very nice and helpful, especially the lady who attended us, she made us feel like in home, they have a pizzeria and the pizzas are excellent. If we'll come back to Nantes definitely we'll repeat. Thank you very much!!!.
