A staff to be proud of!

I stayed here with 4 other co-workers for 2 weeks with breakfast and it was worth every cent. This is mainly due to feeling welcomed by the staff.The room has a kitchenette, a closet and a bathroom.The shower has plenty of towels, good water-pressure and hot water for longer showers as well. It also has a fairly simple hair-dryer which I never tested.The main room has the bed, a tv, a water heater, pen and paper and some lights. There were power outlets in basically every corner. The view wasn't great as there are several tall buildings surrounding the hotel.Cleaning was done very day, as well as renewed used towels.The breakfast has everything basic like several sorts of bread, eggs, sausages, juices, coffee, tea etc. and in good quality, however the choice of non-sweet toppings could still be more versatile.The staff, including cleaning personell, is extremely friendly and helpful. And that's not because they have to, but because they want to. They will give you a honest smile and some small talk (if you want to).There is a smoking area with seats and a roof, which is nice to see as smokers are being outcasted almost everywhere nowadays. There is also a small bar in the lobby to get a beer, coffee or wine. On several nights people seem to come here for an after work drink or get-together.All in all as mentioned above, my co-workers and I always felt welcomed here and would be happy to return here again in the future.RegardsPaul aka Marion :)

Amazing hotel!! We were skeptical at first because it didn’t look like a typical French building. So glad we took the chance anyway. The rooms are spacious and clean. But what makes it absolutely a must is the staff!! We were two families (3 adults and 4 kids). Lia at the front desk was phenomenal. Kind and patient, she helped us make reservation last minute at different restaurants for both nights of our stay. Called a few places for us, made recommendations and just overall was such a pleasure. Robbie, the hotel director, was so attentive. He made sure our stay was amazing. You can truly see that he cares about his guests, as well as his team. This is a very well run hotel. Everything was just perfect. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff at breakfast buffet was lovely. Definitely recommend to stay here!!

A Wonderful Stay for the Whole Family!

We stayed at this hotel as a family of six and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were kind, professional, and always happy to help with anything we needed — from extra towels to local recommendations.The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the little touches made a big difference.Breakfast was a real highlight — fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options for both adults and children. The location was also ideal: close enough to explore the main sights, but in a quiet area so we all slept well.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a warm, welcoming, and well-run place to stay.

Check in was amazingly easy, front of house all delightful, up grade to a suite was much appreciated! Place was spotless. Beds super comfy! Secure underground parking was easily accessible! Manager was a true gentleman!A quick 25 minute walk to the center along the river to superb restaurants.
