  The hotel has a closed car park which is a real plus (Please note the opening and closing times if you do not have access codes).The staff at the front desk is very friendly.The room we had was small but functional, the bedding very decent. The whole building is, however, very sound. Breakfast, very basic but complete (fruit juice, bread, pastries, 3 jams, yogurts, boiled eggs, ham,...).   A complete fiasco from start to finish. Organizational level: when we arrived, the hotel was closed despite the posted opening hours we respected, which were on the app where we booked in advance (Trip.com), first false element. We had to call a person on call who fortunately answered and gave us the access code to the parking and building. Apart from this contact, which we thank otherwise we would simply have been stuck in front of their building, there is absolutely no welcome.Once we arrived in the room, we fell from the clouds: outdated room, tiny anyway not at all the idyll on the photos of their website.The managers actually have two on-site hotels: a "high-end" and a low-end, where we booked unknowingly. The pictures are false: you are shown the deluxe rooms and in reality you end up in a formula 1. But obviously no pictures of these premises are shown on the internet. Very disappointing, no better than a formula 1 and certainly not a 3-star hotel.The double bed we booked turned out to be two single beds glued and joined by a sheet cover: absolutely aberrant. In addition to not having a real double bed, the mattress is dramatically uncomfortable.Breakfast is correct but not "exceptional" as their website specifies, because thawed chocolate breads and hard bread are absolutely not worth 10.90 euros per person.In short: scandalous hotel, disappointing, poorly organized but above all extremely false.   We had a very comfortable stay during RWC. Hotel is situated close to reliable bus service. Comfortable bed, clean, good shower and room cleaned daily.Unfortunately the restaurant is only open for breakfast and there was no where nearby open to buy any food to take back or even eat in. Maybe this was due to the time of year. Also, lots of places are closed on a Sunday around here - worth noting. Ended up ordering via Uber Eats.No milk provided for the tea and coffee making facilities in the room and all cups were just paper.Bar was open only when there was a member of staff there waiting for new arrivals.Had an issue with no power in the room one evening and had to call the number provided on the reception desk. Then had to wait 45 minuets before anyone came to fix it. He said it was a regular fault with that room.Breakfast was only limited Continental style - expensive at 10.40Euro each.

  Very well located, near business locations, bus stops and roads, while in a very quiet street.The Hotel team is very nice and helpful.Good Nantais breakfasts start each day energically.Thank you very much !
