    Great place to break your journey North.

    A good place to break your journey from the South back North.All members of staff were excellent - a special thanks to Julie and Margo on reception who were brilliant in helping us amend our booking. Also great service in the restaurant and bar.Rooms were spotlessly clean - in particular the bathroom. The rooms were comfortable and had a balcony.This is a good place to stay with the family for a day or two.

    Easily located on the outskirts of Nantes. Great parking, friendly and professional reception staff. Pool facilities excellent and well looked after. The barman was a cap nod back to the good old days of remembering the order and service with smile! Hotel was clean and housekeeping were constantly busy.

    Wow, what a place! You are greeted by warm, friendly and efficient reception staff who cant do enough for you. The rooms are well equipped, clean and the decor is modern and stylish. The bar staff are attentive and friendly again, despite my poor attempts to speak French! The restaurant serves authentic high quality french quisine at a reasonable price with excellent wine pairings. The hotel is well equipped with leisure facilities and super fast wifi. I would definitely come again whether for business or pleasure. The transport links are also great the train station is 5 mins walk and the train into Nantes is only 15mins.Very impressed !     Excellent Hotel, the team is ready for big events. From the marketing and sales, Madame Helene, Madame Axelle, the receptionists all very helpful, passing by the Kitchen Maestro Chef Assie and the Famous Service Manager Sofiane and his team offered to us a memorable stay at the Westotel

    Check in: My check in, as a member of a group of foreign delegates was smooth and quick. My room was pre assigned, with my name printed on the key cover.Duration of stay & housekeeping : 7 nights, Room was cleaned everyday. Super clean bathroom, good for linens.Bathroom amenities: one gel for both body , hair and hand wash. No dental kit, no shaving kit. though I got a few on request. not enough. Towels available.No bathroom slippers.Room amenities: proper lights, a coffee maker, a water heating kettle, Coffee pods, tea bags, sugar but no milk or dairy whitener( not even on request), no iron or iron stand, no shoe wipe, a locker to keep valuables is available. one sofa one chair. Proper sunlight was there in the room. TV but all french channels. Food: was a real struggle for me, during all breakfast, lunch and dinner. very little or sometimes almost no option for vegetarians. Location : Nice and Quiet, meeting rooms are nice.
