Lovely hotel.

My daughter & I enjoyed our 2 night stay at this lovely hotel, which is within walking distance of the old town. The staff were welcoming, friendly & helpful. Our room, with terrace, was amazing - spacious, comfortable, clean & modern with complimentary toiletries & bottles of water each day. We enjoyed a relaxing couple of hours in the garden & pool following an early start exploring Beziers. I thoroughly recommend staying at this lovely hotel.

The walls have ears

Very nice hotel. A good 10 min walk to the city centre. However poor welcome. Reception also shares a space with the breakfast area. Lacks atmosphere. No bar, which I find strange for a 4 star hotel, although you can buy wine and bottled beer. No restaurant. Breakfast is average. Not much selection. Nice pool area. Boutique rooms. Very very very thin walls!!!!!!!!!! Some with terraces, however the terraces need to be maintained better.

The hotel was decent, and the room was alright. I skipped breakfast since it wasn't a hot continental option. Overall, the staff was friendly, and it was a descent two night stay ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….. Really nice hotel. 10 minute walk to historic centre

Really nice hotel. All staff speak English. Its very quiet. Beds are comfortable. Fridge/mini bar, hairdryer, nespresso machine in room. Water, coffees, toiletries replenished daily. Room was really clean on arrival and was serviced to a really high standard the next day. Private, on site, secure parking. Loading bay out the front. Breakfast was really good quality, buffet, continental style. Wifi dropped out from time to time but no big deal. Nice patio and pool area out the back where you can have a wine or a coffee from reception which are reasonably priced. Overall a really good experience In Situ Hotel, Autre at Hotel in Situ, responded to this review Dear Sarah, What a pleasure it is to read your review! Thank you for all your kind words about our services, the comfort of the room, and the attentiveness of our team. We're glad you enjoyed the terrace and the pool, and that breakfast met your expectations. Please accept our apologies for the minor Wi-Fi connection issues – we are actively working on improving this. We hope to see you again very soon in Béziers! Warm regards, The In Situ Hotel Team

Lovely Hotel
18 Sept 2024
The hotel was very good. Modern with a gym and outside infinity pool. Staff very welcoming. Not far from town centre less than 1K. It is not in most salubrious of areas though , so be aware when walking home at night. However apart from that I would still recommend. In Situ Hotel, Autre at Hotel in Situ, responded to this review Dear Bob, Thank you for your very positive feedback about the hotel and our facilities. We're glad you enjoyed the pool, the gym, and the warm welcome from our team. Regarding the surroundings, our hotel is located in a neighborhood undergoing transformation, just a short walk from the historic city center. We always make sure our guests feel safe and secure.
