  This was a one-night stay of convenience for us as we were moving on to Carcassone the next day but it served us extremely well and, located centrally on the Allee Paul Riquet, allowed us to see most of the town in just one day and evening. Breakfast was buffet style but with lots of options and the price was reasonable.

  Helpful staff. Good sized room. Clean modern facilities. Great location. Comfy bed.Only negative - shower was faulty, and no shower screen so bathroom floor ended up like a lake!

  Dirty room, the worst sounding proofing ever, you hear more than even the cheap hotels I’ve been in. Pillows aren’t great and mattress is just about fine. The shower is small and water goes over the floor when you use it because there’s no curtain or door to stop it.

  Unfriendly staff , overhead shower in bath not good ,plug in basin did not work as the room we stayed in was the most expensive it was very basic .Air conditioning was good . Payment due before stay, doors closed at 22.30hrs Reception area not very welcoming

  Constant noise from slamming room doors

  Excellent central location, well and tastefully modernised hotel. All areas clean and smart. Reception staff welcoming and friendly. Room was quite spacious, although separate toilet in the room was very small indeed. A fat person would struggle to get in and out. The major downside with this hotel is that the room doors are large and heavy, and people let them slam closed rather than closing them quietly. Also as they require two turns of the key to lock and unlock, this further loud added metallic sound transmits and echoes through all the walls. The person who designed this should book in and see if they can get an undisturbed night’s sleep. It would also help if on both sides of each room door, there was a multi-lingual notice asking people to close their door quietly. Because of the amount of noise, I have rated this hotel as only average; otherwise I would have rated it very good.
