Location

This hotel is situated within a few minutes' walk of the city centre and the old town. The sea is only 20 metres away. Public transport departs from stops within metres of the hotel entrance, a selection of bars and pubs are located within 100 m of the hotel and numerous shopping venues and nightclubs are also located in the hotel's vicinity (200 m). Nice international airport is 10 minutes from the hotel, easily reached using the local public transport.

Facility

The hotel has 20 junior suites, 2 suites and 121 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     I stayed for 7 nights at the AC Marriott Nice with a group. The location was definitely a plus — close to the Promenade des Anglais and within walking distance to many attractions. My room had a partial sea view, which was nice. Breakfast was moderate, nothing exceptional but acceptable it can be better by adding some French cheese that will cost nothing. Cleanliness was under average, and the staff experience varied — some were clever , friendly and helpful, while others were less accommodating. Overall, it was a decent stay, I will choose this hotel in future accommodations.     Large hotel close to the promenade. Probably expensive because of location. Cheaply constructed. Old, nasty bath towels, Large rooms with uncomfortable beds and poorly maintained floors. A dirty coffee cup placed there by a previous hotel occupant sat outside my door for two days before someone in my party took it downstairs. Poor rooftop bar service. Terrible WiFi. Paper cups in rooms to be used for both coffee and tea as well as in the bathroom. How cheap can you get? Room was not very clean. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location is very good. Do not recommend.     I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while on business in Nice. Check-in was very easy and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. I was upgraded to a room with a partial sea view which is always appreciated. The room was large and had all the amenities you expect from Marriott. The location was excellent! The hotel is right on the main Promenade and walking distance to Old Nice and downtown. They also have a very nice roof-top bar with a pretty amazing view of the ocean and town. The commute to NCE airport is only 15 minutes via Uber. I will definitely return next time I am in Nice.     Excellent hotel with a lovely rooftop pool and bar area. The hotel is about a mile from Nice centre but you can walk along the Promenade all the way. All staff very welcoming and helpful too.     What an excellent stay we had at this hotel. Not only is it well-situated to visit Old Nice, it is well-maintained and impeccably clean. We had a junior suite which accomodated all 4 of us comfortably. Loved the roof top for morning coffee and afternoon drinks.
