This attractive hotel is located at the heart of Nice close to the famous and rather superb Promenade des Anglais. Plenty of shopping venues, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues are to be found in the hotel's neighbourhood. Nice's old town is also merely a few paces away and the airport is roughly 7 km from the hotel.

I loved this hotel. The room was clean, modern and stylish. We felt very comfortable and the staff were friendly. We slept peacefully and felt refreshed in the morning. The location was also 5 stars

Lovely Room and Location

Rooms are clean, updated as well as cleaned daily with towels refreshed. The bathroom doesn’t have much storage and we noticed that the finish on the bottom of the bathroom door is bubbling due to the water from the shower hitting it. Our garden view includes a view of the street. That being said, we are happy with our room. However, the reception desk staff sit and visit and do not acknowledge you as you come and go, not even a smile.

Lovely hotel. Very clean bed was comfortable very modern interior. Breakfast had a good variely of choices. staff really friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location with the beach and promenade accross the road. Within walking distance of both the train station and bus station. Would highly recommend.

Rooms are tiny not as pictured and they will claim they have no more available despite that not being true. Location is the only upside but plenty of other options. Dirty, a lot of broken items and definitely not a good boutique hotel.

Hotel is in a great location, very close to the seafront and to the main shopping areas too. The rooms are modern and pretty spacious. Only issue we had was the aircon seemed quite poor - didn't cool the room enough even on lowest temp setting and most powerful fan setting. The nights were quite warm and it made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Opening the window wasn't an option as the hotel is on a main road and our room was directly over a bus stop so the noise meant this wasn't a practical option. All in all we enjoyed our stay here though - the staff were friendly and attentive.
