Location

This city hotel is located on a main street directly in the centre of Nice. The Promenade des Anglais and the Acropolis Congress Centre are all close by. An abundance of shops as well as public transport connections are to be found immediately in front of the hotel. It is approximately 1 km to the beach and 500 m to some lively bars and night clubs. The nearest ski resort is 30 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 3 suites and 32 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe, room service, a laundry service, a conference room, a business centre and a smoke alarm are available.     We stay here when visiting Monte Carlo Circus Festival. Located directly on the main shopping mile, in a walking distance from historical part, sea shore, train station, tram stop. Easy to reach from the airport. 24/7 reception, elevator. Room is clean, has simple minimalistic design, tea maker, socket next to bed, walk-in shower. Good breakfast, by warm weather served on the balcony. Attentive staff. Value for money.

    The hotel was very well located near the railway station and the Tram and shopping.It was a very well priced.It was comfortable , reasonable breakfast and we got a good night sleep.The reception Manager was extremely helpul

    I liked the location of right on Jean Medicin and close to Gare Nice Ville. Easy walk to Place Masséna and the beach. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Affordable for Nice. No lobby and a really small elevator but I’ve come to realize this is not so unusual.     Stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was in a good location on main shopping street. Hotel is 5 mins from train station, and we visited Monaco and Menton. Watch out for pick pockets at station though. Everywhere is walkable that you would want to see and Proneade d'Anglais is about 12 to 15 minute stroll. We had problem with initial room in that the shower water came into bedroom. Phillipe on reception was excellent and sorted another room as it was Sunday evening and maintenance staff not available. The two ladies on reception during tge day were helpful and friendly too. The room was at the rear of hotel, not the most scenic view but very quiet. Breakfast was fine even if the bteakfadt room is somewhat small, and we never had a problem finding a table. Large comfortable bed also contributed to a good night's sleep. In summary a good central choice hotel for a reasonable price.     Poor customer service though great location

    Really unfriendly unhelpful reception staff - more like business men at work with little regard for guests. Poor value breakfast! Much too cramped and tiny bowls and glasses etc. Thought the separate toilet with no sink in it very unhygienic. Great location and comfy bed though.
