This hotel is centrally located around 400 m of Place Masséna and the old town is approximately 800 m away. The nearest train station lies 300 m away and the Matisse Museum is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel while it is 30 minutes to the Chagall Museum. The hotel was built in 1910. 4 single rooms and 46 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     As previously mentioned the rooms are on the smaller size however were cleaned immaculately. Breakfast is continental with an excellent selection of home baked cakes. Hotel is in an excellent cental location with good transport links. What sets this hotel apart are the staff who are very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble.     The hotel is basic in terms of services and food variety for breakfast. However the staff makes the whole experience nicer. They are very accommodating and helpful. Two ladies were so supportive, Enora and another staff member who supported me multiple times. On booking the hotel was classified as 4 stars, on site I knew it’s 3 stars which explains the basic level. It’s still nice for a short quick stay.     Great hotel in a great location for exploring Nice. Close to trams and train station. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels changed daily. Staff are lovely and helpful. Thanks to Patricia, Zoe, Enora and Lyna on Reception and of course the staff who facilitated breakfast and cleaned our rooms. One tip. Ask for rooms at front of hotel if available. We were woken up early every morning by deliveries to the hotel opposite our rooms which were at the back of the hotel.
