    Stayed as a family of 3 on a 4 night stay in May. The hotel was perfect for us in terms of location (for shopping, beach and restaurants) and service. Our room had a huge wraparound balcony as we were on the corner so great views over Nice. Breakfast was faultless, everything you could want and replenished constantly. The receptionists were all helpful in booking taxis for us and in rallying the barman for our cocktails! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

    Quiet hotel in a great location

    I spent four nights at this property in May, 2026, and I'd gladly return. The hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks from the beach, 10 minutes' walk from the train station, and a 15 minute drive from the airport.My room faced an interior courtyard, and it was very quiet. This was especially nice the day I arrived, when I wanted to go to sleep early due to jet lag. Breakfast was very nice, with a mix of French specialties like baguettes, brie, and yogurt, and American favorites like eggs and sausage. My last day, the hotel even had slices of chocolate pie for breakfast. The staff spoke excellent English, and were very friendly. I loved the Riviera, and I enjoyed my stay at this property so much that I'll stay again on my next trip.

    Best location, but some problems

    The location of this hotel is fantastic. Close to many shops, bars and restaurants. We did have a few problems during our stay - I think preventative maintenance could be improved. We had a beautiful, large room with a balcony overlooking the street out front. On the second day, when inserting the room keycard into the slot to turn on the lights, the electrical box above started to ma Kev a loud buzzing sound. We reported it and they attempted to fix it - the sound was less loud and intermittent. They offered a room change, but we chose to stay in the same room. The next morning there was no hot water. And on the same day, when we returned in the afternoon, there was water leaking out of the pipes at the back of the sink, together with a horrible drain smell. This time we agreed to move rooms. Our new room was looking out of the back of the building, no beautiful view unfortunately. But the room was in much better condition and looked like it had a recent refurbishment. The staff were friendly and helpful, but for the price you pay they shouldn’t just rely on the great location of the hotel, but maintain the rooms adequately.By the way, beware that the lift is tiny. It also didn’t work one of the days we were there.

    Great location. Halfway between the train station and La Croisette. 10 minutes either direction. Tons of restaurants nearby. But I had a solo room and it was small even by European standards. I like a desk in my room when I travel but the room was too small for a desk. Check out the room size before you book.

    Five days in nice

    Went here with my sister for five days.First off, amazing that you are allowed to leave the luggage there before check in, as well as leaving your luggage safely there after the check out (checkout is at 11 and our plane left late at the evening). So we had a couple of hours to see even more of nice without the big luggage.In the mornings when the breakfast is served it’s really calm and quiet, it’s not a big breakfast but it has all the things you need to start the day with.Our room was beautiful, and the view even better!!Everything was at walking distance, a perfect place to stay at if you like a more quiet and calmer stay.And thanks to the kind staff!!!And a tip for your stay in nice, go to Monaco one day. It’s close to the train station and super easy to go there.
