  In the heart of Nice centre

  Did not pay a lot,yet it’s in the heart of Nice ,very close to ice Gare.Traveled to Monaco and Cannes.The Hotel is small ,but staff very helpful and they cleaned the rooms every day with fresh towels.We go here on Tram from airport to John Medcine area no problems.Very closest all the restaurants and cafes Directeur d hébergement , Directeur général at Hotel Bristol, responded to this review Dear Alexander,Thank you very much for your kind review.   Good place with room for improvement

  Very well located. Everything is like 20 to 30 min walking. Very clean and ok breakfast. Room was small but comfortable. Nice bed and bathroom. Only thing I would improve is storage space as well as safe. Storage is extremely small. Since I stayed 8 nights it was impossible to store my clothing and would have appreciated a safe.   Great location, No perks!

  This hotel is well located in central Nice, so it's easy to walk or bus all over the city. Just a block away is the train station and a kiosk to purchase train (trolley) tickets to get around the city and you can hop on right there. There were tons of shops and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel was very clean and efficient but it had zero perks. There was no coffee or tea and no toiletries in the room aside from hand and shower soap, also no pen or paper. The hairdryer, main shower head and phone ( if you need to contact the main desk) did not work. Also you need to put your room key in a slot to get the power to work (common in Europe) but we had power glitches on a number of occasions. It also had the smallest bathroom in France. The toilet literally butts up against the sink frame and unless you fit your legs under the sink frame, you will need to sit sideways with your knees out the door. I'm 5'3" and found it very tight. The staff were super friendly and when I asked for a hairdryer, I saw they had irons that you could borrow, as well. They serve a breakfast in the small cafeteria for but beware it is not included in every room and costs 12 euros, otherwise.   Perfectly adequate hotel for a 3 night stay

  After reading some negative experiences, I was a bit wary about our stay, however I needn't have worried. For what we wanted, this was great. A perfectly adequate room, clean and comfortable, we never spend much time in hotel rooms when we travel, we sleep and we shower/change clothes etc, this was all we needed.The breakfast was fine, we knew what we were paying for in advance and it was as expected.The hotel staff were very accommodating. One of the receptionists helped us book a cab for our journey to the airport prior to returning home. It turned up in good time.Finally, the hotel was well situated, it didn't take us long to walk down to the old town or anywhere else we wanted to go, we were in Nice last year so we had an idea of where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. We took a day trip to Monaco, the train station was close by. We would stay here again, no problem.   I was skeptical after reading the reviews about this hotel, but was shocked when i actually arrived, the receptionist was polite and welcoming and had a laugh with us, the room was imaculate and well presented, easy to find and i found that the keys did not deactivate when they came i contact with phones or bank cards, it was a short walk to the train station and not much further to the beach and the promenade, the only issue i had was the wifi was intermittent but that could be due to alot of people using it, as someone who works in 5 star hotels i would definetly recommend this hotel for travellers, and they do also speak a wide range of languages.
