    I stayed at your hotel delcloy on May 6-9. We left at the first night as the room had no a/c as they said it was turned on.The room also had ants and spiders. I told the front desk but they didn’t care. The kept saying the manager wasn’t available and never tried to help or solve the problem. We always take these matters seriously, and your feedback has been shared with our teams.Regarding the air conditioning, our centralized system adapts to outdoor temperatures. In early May, with mild seasonal evenings around 18°C in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, full cooling was not yet activated, though a fan was provided for your comfort. In line with French government guidelines on energy sobriety and our own environmental commitments, we strive to manage our energy consumption responsibly while remaining attentive to our guests' well-being.Kind regards

    This place is a joke. Shame on you if you stay here. The staff is a joke. They don’t turn the a/c on this time of year so they give you a fan, however you paid for a/c. Spiders ants and bed bugs in the room we checked out after the first night but them and booking. Com will not refund the second night.     STAY AWAY!!     Great option for a reasonably priced hotel in an expensive neighborhood

    Just think you can have the same position as the $2,000 a night Royal Riviera next door for 1/8 the price. Of course you won’t be rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous, and you will have to walk 50 yards to eat at the Royal Riviera’s great restaurants. On the other hand you can get a decent breakfast at Decloy (included in the room rate). And have an okay dinner at Decloy with mere mortals.The shower is much smaller, as is the room. The common areas are a little run-down, but the views from the pool and restaurant are the same as the Royal. The room was clean, the bed large enough, and nights were quiet. All for a very reasonable price in particular considering that this is St Jean Cap Ferrat.     Room average. No fridge, no coffee, tight bathroom. Air con fixed by the hotel at 23°C. Window open and train rattling past. Poorly maintained grounds around bedroom blocks, which are separate to the bar, restaurant, pool and communal areas. Have had better student accommodation. Saturday night, bar closed at 9.30. Restaurant fixed menu, little choice. Breakfast poor. Needs investment. Location is it's only redeeming feature.
