    We booked an "accessible" room over a year before we stayed but couldn't use the toilet (too high and no grab rail on RHS), sink (too high, tap unreachable) or shower (over bath). The door to the bathroom was heavy and the clothes hooks in the bathroom much too high. When we complained, they couldn't move us and delivered an unusable stool instead. Couldn't use room service as permanently engaged and needed help to get in and out of the door to the restaurant. Don't be fooled by their use of "accessible" and do not stay here if you are a wheelchair user.

    While in town working pre-Grand Prix, I booked a room for a long-term stay. I enjoyed the convenience of this hotel for so many reasons. I was most appreciative of the front desk staff; I was treated like I was at a five star Resort. The view from the balcony is not exciting, but there are so many dining options with views behind the hotel. As a traveler, it is convenient to be located near the airport. Monaco and Ventimiglia Marine Store are all within a short distance to visit.

    The location close to the Nice airport is the main selling point here. This hotel is in a large complex that contains apartments, businesses, and possibly other short-term rentals. It is not well maintained. The public areas of the hotel are small but clean and fresh, and the hotel staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was 20 euros each, per day, so we skipped it and walked on the promenade until we found a boulangerie. The only reason to stay here is to prep for your flight out, you can find more charming hotels in the adjacent towns on the coast. Airport shuttle was right on time and clean, with a very pleasant driver. It runs every 30 minutes at no cost, so this is a big perk. But, don't book this hotel thinking it is a good spot for vacation. It is an airport hotel.     Steps away from promenade

    This hotel is literally few steps away from the boardwalk (Promenade). And 8 min walk to the best mall around. I stayed 2 nights before my flight home. Awesome customer service. Very friendly people at the front desk and a good size room. Bigger than the usual room in a small hotel, I also had a terrace. There is also parking on the side of the hotel. I parked for 16 hours and it was 4.99 euro.
