    Stayed for 5 nights - this is a really good, easy, well-located, modern hotel with very friendly, professional and accommodating staff.It is situated right near the tram stops, and just a few minutes from the main train station to take you to directly to many surrounding cities and towns (we went from there to Cannes, Antibes, Eze, Monaco, Menton and into Italy). The beach and the Old Town are within walking distance, or a short tram ride. There are a range of shops around the corner. And although the area has a buzz, the double glazed windows shut out the street sounds for a perfect night's sleep. I didn't need it, but my friend in another room said the air-con worked well too.Talking of sleep, the mattress was perfect for me, and the bedlinen lovely. The breakfast is wide-ranging to suit all palettes, plentiful and excellent quality.This is among the best of the 15+ reasonably priced hotels I've stayed in over the past year in five countries. Great value for money for a city hotel.

    Had a great stay at 66, room was amazing, had some amazing sleeps, 1 min walk from the station , hotel staff were lovely , overall great experience

    We spent four nights at Hotel 66. The duty managers, Imane and Houssain, both of them were very pleasant and helpful to us throughout our trip. The bedroom was small but ideal. It was clean, neat and tidy and the ensure shower/bathroom was top notch. Hotel 66 is ideally located, very close to public transport. We have no hesitation recommending Hotel 66 as a place to stay in Nice.

    HOUSEKEEPING STOLE MY MONEY

    THE HOUSEKEEPING WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF SO BE CAREFUL! I was booked with this hotel for a work trip and was working 16 hours everyday! I had hidden some emergency cash in my passport holder which was kept inside my suitcase! Night before checking out I realised that my cash was missing! The hotel obviously took no responsibility and asked me to file a police report and go through 8 hours of footage 3 hours before my flight! Terrible experience and not recommended

    This may have been a 4star hotel in 1990, but today it’s a 2 star hostel!! Disappointed is an understatement, from the chip furniture, no fridge, no coffee making facilities, a safe that is not bolted to anything, crunchy carpet, needs a repaint, slight smell of sewerage, shaving mirror broken, grout missing in bathroom. They did offer to put our things in a communal fridge with the communal coffee facilities, if I had wanted to stay in a hostel I would have booked one! Some positives, clean, nice bed, bottled water. It is misleading to say this is a 4star hotel, we tried at our cost to upgrade to another room, was not possible, so we spent 5 days here, it really spoilt the start of our trip and the fact that Booking.com, supports this as a 4star is also misleading, it made us nervous about anything else we booked.
