    The location is very central and close to all the shops, cafe's and restaurants, and only 8mins away from the train station. The rooms are quite big and accomodating, could do with a bit of a more contemporary renovation but at least they are clean. The Concierge was really nice and spoke more than one language. He was very helpful and our go to person for any questions we had or anything we needed.Value for money for the location and will definitely return.

    Hotel is in a silent neighborhood even though close to the promenade. Reception area is very spacious. Standard breakfast . Size of the washroom was small .

    The location was great, very near to the train station and walking distance to the promenade, however the room was very warm and the bathroom was very tiny. Breakfast was a little more limited than other places, but the food was good!

    😊- Lovely hotel w clean rooms, good air conditioning & good WiFi - Cute lobby with a separate lounge area- Friendly front desk staff that speak English - Great location on a quiet street - Only a few blocks from the beach - Close to dining, shopping & entertainment - Good breakfast/nice selection of items *Giving a “shoutout” to CYRIL, front desk guy. He was very friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make my stay pleasant. He set up all my tours for me & helped me find other interesting places to visit/dine. A great representative for the hotel & the city😒- Walls are pretty thin…you can hear everything - Some of the breakfast staff were just plain rude. Breakfast ended at 10am but everyday a lady would turn the lights off in the dining room even if guest were still eating in efforts to get people out. - Also, hotel staff were often coming in to get breakfast food sometimes taking the last of the items leaving guest with whatever was leftover. Very unprofessional for a hotel.
