    Really tired room

    Unfortunately nothing has changed from the previous reviews. We stayed for 1 night for the RWC. Staff were pleasant and thoughtful but the room.The side lights didn't work, the bathroom was 'surface' clean but mould on the shower head and around the edge of the bath, the bathroom door was damaged.

    Good price but for a reason😐It is up a mountain with I admit had great views. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room drap curtain hanging off rail, toilet seat placed on toilet touched it as I walked past and it fell off obviously they knew about it and should have been sorted. But room clean so not too bad just needs updating

    We traveled to celebrate 40 anniversary because of false advertising our holiday turned into a unpleasant one.It says 10 min from airport- wrong taxi made 45 min and came 47 Euro.Free wi-fi - wrong just in reception poor WiFi in fife days never had connection in the room.TV channels only locals.Says room service- wrong we reached the hotel around 7pm because they don’t have Bar or Restaurant we go to sleep hungry and thirsty ( the only nice receptionist give me few croissants) . The hotel is right in top of the mountain, no train/ taxi to get a bus need to walk down the hill and up in the hill to come back.No leisure facilities, benefit is that is located in a quiet area but everything else is a disadvantage .

    I enjoyed my view of sunrise over the valley from my patio, and the guy at the reception spoke English very well and really helped me out when my phone charger failed to work. I did, however, find a cockroach in my room which made me very nervous. I don't know if it came in when I had the patio door open or if it came from under the small desk near the bathroom, but I made sure to keep my luggage zipped shut.

    Rooms are terrible, the front office doesn’t want to speak to you at all. If you try to ask a question he starts to shout.You eat your breakfast in a dark room which is awful. By the way, the guy who is the receptionist yells at you with no reason at all. If you complain more, it kind of threats you by writing a mail about you. If you are planning to come visit Nice, you shouldn’t stay at this hotel.
